Sales staff (Tina) was very informative about their products and the rebates that are being offered. The installers where punctual and very friendly and knowledgeable. Jared and this co-worker Installed the units and did a great cleanup job. Jared showed us how to use our new online thermostat.

I called as my furnace and air conditioner were not working. The service man came and discovered I needed both replaced and explained why. I went to the store and Tina was very helpful in
choosing the size I needed for my house.I was able to have them installed a few days later. I have used the Comfort Shoppe in the past and have very happy with their service.

My A/C unit broke down for the second time this year at the beginning of September. Called the Comfort Shoppe and they sent someone out the same day. The tech that came was great, explained my options to either have it repaired or have a new unit installed. Went with the new unit. He then spent the time contacting installers to see whose could do it the next day which was a Saturday. Sure enough he made it happen. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

We've used the services of The Comfort Shoppe twice since moving to the Oshawa area in January. The first time was to install a new furnace and just a few weeks ago we had a Central Air unit installed. On both occasions, the service men were very pleasant and totally professional - on-time and they get the job done right! I would highly recommend The Comfort Shoppe to anyone. We've dealt with several service people and contractors since moving, and we can say that the Comfort Shoppe is head and shoulders above anyone we've dealt with as far as customer service goes.

Our AC unit wasn't functioning correctly so we called the Comfort Shoppe. The tech was at the house the next day and had the problem diagnosed immediately. Installed the new unit the next day!

Our 30 year old furnace finally broke down on the hottest day of the year and left us with no A/C. We had used the Comfort Shoppe for our water heater and gas fireplace in the past and loved their service so we gave them a call. We expected at least a few days wait to get the new furnace but they came and completed the job the next morning so we had our A/C back and even better than before. Dana did a great job and answered all our questions. We recommend the Comfort Shoppe to all our friends and neighbors.

Horrible job. Horrible product. Horrible service. System leaked and has caused an insurance claim. Took three visits before they sent a tech who understood the problem.
Stay far away for this company.

We had a new central air conditioner put in this week. After calling around I was pleased by the great customer service at this store> They provided everything I wanted at a very reasonable price and I got a quick appointment for the installation. The installers were great, professional and knowledgeable and did the job quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with The Comfort Shoppe and would recommend them highly.
