The Comfort Shoppe

I bought a new Lennox air conditioner on May 19th/2016 from The Comfort Shoppe. They came out and did the quickly and it looks great and most of all works Great. I had a furnace installed in my previous house and was completely satisfied and I am completely satisfied with the job that was done.Thanks

This is the second project we have had done by The Comfort Shoppe. First they installed a gas fireplace and then we had an instantaneous hot water heater installed. On both occasions polite, courteous installers completed the job efficiently and professionally and the jobsite was left very clean. We would highly recommend this company.

The Comfort Shoppe converted our old "big guy" water heater over to their local one. We couldn't be more thrilled. The staff was very knowledgable and helped us pick a great, energy efficient air conditioner as well. The install was easy and painless. The guys were very professional and even cleaned up all the mess afterwards. I highly recommend checking their store out before calling "the big guys" for your furnace/water heater or AC needs! The whole process by this company has been so easy on the mind. They were able to get things done quickly and efficiently. The techs involved were knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to remove old equipment cleanly and leave everything as if they were not there. Their knowledge and personal pride in their work make them excellent representatives for the company. All in all the company is a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend them to one and all.

I had some concerns in the beginning due to miscommunication but they were able to meet those concerns. We're very happy with the furnace as well as being quite happy with the service .

The guys that installed our fireplace were very professional and they were also very helpful in explaining how the remote worked to the different settings on the remote . I would recommend them to anybody thanks again John Hannah

We recently had The Comfort Shoppe, Bowmanville, install a gas stove/fireplace in our home. The fellows who installed it were extremely professional and friendly. The job was done within a couple of hours and leaving no mess behind, we were left with a beautiful stove. We might add that the price was reasonable compared to other quotes that we obtained previously and the sales lady was very efficient and knowledgeable. We are recommending The Comfort Shoppe to our friends without any hesitation.

My old furnace cut out a few days ago when it was the coldest. Phoned them and they were out in an hour. I got a quote and they were out in the afternoon, the installers were very nice and neat. The furnace is running great, house is warm!

Had a great high efficient Lennox installed in less then 24 hours after my first call. Great service and help. Highly recommend. Tina at the shop was allot of help and the installer's did a fantastic job. Great local company.
