Last summer we had our main floor bathroom re-tiled. We were very pleased with the work. The bathroom looks great. We also had new hardwood flooring put into our two mainfloor bedrooms. The floor was site finished and feathered into the pre-existing hardwood flooring in the hallway. It looks fabulous. We appreciated the fact that when the tradespeople (Kamil, Ky and Klaus) said they were going to show up - they did. They put in full days and the work was done before we knew it. And best of all they cleaned up after themselves!

Great service, accurate quote. We asked Lakeview Floors to do the hardwood flooring for some parts of our main floor that were not covered by hardwood. As you know it is difficult to match the existing hardwood but Lakeview Floors did best in terms of finding the exact brand/material and install them professionally in such a way that the new installed hardwoods cannot be differentiated from existing hardwoods (although the existing hardwoods were installed 7-8 years ago). We recommend Lakeview Floors to any homeowner who looks for proffesional hardwood provider/installer.

I purchased Mirage engineered hardwood floor from Lakeview flooring at the end of November 2013. I was looking for quality hardwood at retailers and could not find anything I liked. The wear layer was thin where it looked like I was buying plywood and limited colour choice.
Matt was my sales person who gave me the information about different flooring. Matt was helpful giving me samples and spending the time going through the different styles and manufacturers. I could see the difference in quality you get from Lakeview, you can sand the engineered hardwood 3 to 5 times compared to once if you are lucky from the box store. The floor has to be ordered in but only took two weeks and came on time. There seams to be hundred colours to select from, plus width , diameter and finish to make your floor custom.
If you want lasting beautiful hardwood with friendly knowledgeable staff I would recommend Lakeview Flooring.

We had been planning to replace our floors for some time, but were struggling to find products that we both liked and had the durability we desired - it seemed like the same thing over and over everywhere we went. At Lakeview we were very pleased to quickly discover some unique options that we loved and met our other criteria as well. We were very pleased with the exceptional quality of the products they carried, but what really set them apart was the confidence we had in their people. Mat Thompson was fantastic to work with - he had great product knowledge as well as offering very helpful design advice. We had a sense of peace right away that we didn't need to look any further. They were very cooperative and the installers were both excellent. Sonny installed the engineered Sapele hardwood and the craftsmanship is superb. Kamil did the tile work (which was a challenging installation) and we are very happy with the look of the finished product. The way the two floors mesh together and Mat's suggestions on how to make the transitions work were excellent. We definitely recommend them and will be using them for future flooring (carpet) projects in our home.

Very pleased with Lakeview Floors and their team. Brad was very knowledgeable and helped us decide when to refinish as we had just suffered water damage. Winston and Gary were on time and communicated throughout their work. Our home had little dust from the sanding, very happy with the work.

Mat and his team did a great job recoating our existing maple hardwood floor. They were able to remove about 90% of the scratches and minor dents and give it a fresh look. The staff were very courteous and helpful, and offered the service at a competitive price.

The service department is completely in disorder. My installation needs follow-up visit for repairs. Cannot get repairs resolved after 3 months of phone calls. Resorted to calling the owner and left a message. This may lead to small claims court action. Avoid.

Lakeview installed our hardwood floors and duraceramic tile. It all looks great. Mat helped a lot with advice and suggestions. What I really liked was that they felt trustworthy. The guys that did the install were good guys who were professional and courteous. I appreciated that lakeview worked with me to find a date for install even during their very busy season. Lakeview also helped to install some carpet in my basement so I would recommend them for all your flooring needs.

My Husband and I had a list of about 5 Flooring companies and Lakeview Floors was the 1st on the list. We went into the store and were greeted by Matt Thompson.
