We had been planning to replace our floors for some time, but were struggling to find products that we both liked and had the durability we desired - it seemed like the same thing over and over everywhere we went. At Lakeview we were very pleased to quickly discover some unique options that we loved and met our other criteria as well. We were very pleased with the exceptional quality of the products they carried, but what really set them apart was the confidence we had in their people. Mat Thompson was fantastic to work with - he had great product knowledge as well as offering very helpful design advice. We had a sense of peace right away that we didn't need to look any further. They were very cooperative and the installers were both excellent. Sonny installed the engineered Sapele hardwood and the craftsmanship is superb. Kamil did the tile work (which was a challenging installation) and we are very happy with the look of the finished product. The way the two floors mesh together and Mat's suggestions on how to make the transitions work were excellent. We definitely recommend them and will be using them for future flooring (carpet) projects in our home.
