Closets By Design Niagara

The short version is that the quality of the closets is good and the design staff was lovely. We did experience some issues with one of our closet installs and frankly the communication wasn't ideal through part of the process, but in the end we are satisfied with the closets and the outcome.

Linda was creative in designing three practical closets for us in or Condominium unit. The installers were efficient and tidy. We highly recommend Closets by Design.

I feel the design was very basic and I was hoping for more options for what I actually paid.
Sales-person should have given me paint colour they use so my walls prepped and painted matched cabinets.

I had to paint twice, so I wasted extra money.

Salesperson did not do follow-up to see if I was happy.

The installer came in on time. He took off his shoes. Thank you! He was polite and finished when he said he would.
