Closets By Design Niagara

The designer was good but the cabinets are not exactly as designed. The installer did his best. The closets were heavy to lift. Two person install only one person sent. The upper cabinetry on one wall was not level and had to be positioned more than once creating many holes in the back of the cabinet. Is it secure? There are quite a few areas of damage to the walls. Small but I will have to repair the walls and touch up the paint. I waited 2 months for poor quality cabinetry. I wish I had gone a different route which would have given me the same result much faster and cheaper.

The installer was on time, did great work, and cleaned up nicely. I had four bedroom closets done, all in one day. I am very happy with the product, the results, and the great service. Highly recommend!!

The installer was amazing but the person who came out and measured and designed DID NOT send the design with the installer. I find that very strange

Wall closets for extra storage space in a small addition. The closets are perfect - we are satisfied with the everything.

Not a good experience at all. Contacted the sales person, who no longer works there. The company called me and sent two gentlemen out to try to fix the problem. The touch ups were made worst. It looks like a home-made job. I gave them an opportunity to make it right but they failed the second time. The situation is getting worst and so I am stuck with it because there is no point in wasting my time with them again. I wish that I had never heard about them.
