I am pleased with my closet design and the quality of the product. From the consultation to install, I was satisfied with my purchase.

Turn around time was great and service was good too. Would definitely recommend to friends etc.

I do like it but I really feel it is way overpriced. This could have been done for half this cost. I find it a bit strange that this cost includes 40 percent off plus 15 percent so this would have been 6k.. Doesnt add up for me.

We had an awesome experience with Closets by Designs Niagara. The quoting stage was excellent and our budget was always kept in mind. The install date was reasonable and install time was so fast! We had great service by our representative Pamela. She was timely, followed up, and communicated everything that was happening throughout the process. This was for a new build which was delayed and she worked with us and our builder to schedule the install.
