Pete The Plumber

We found Pete the Plumber on Homestars and called to have our new sink and garbarator installed. We called on a Monday and by Friday everything was installed and working perfectly. Highly recommended and the price is very competitive.

I've had Pete's guys out several times for two small jobs and one larger. On the positive side, I get quick quotes and answers when I call. I've had friendly plumbers come out, and have been charged exactly as quoted. My only complaint is that they recently left a toilet seat improperly installed which caused it to come loose within a day. To be fair, it was an uncommon seat and I did not call them to come and fix as I was able to fix it myself. I expect, judging from the customer service I have received to date, that they would have come back to fix it. Otherwise, work was very good.

The service is a bit expensive for the type of toilet we received (small, basic water-efficient model), but they were on time and did a fine job on the installation. Would use Pete again.

Came home after work on a Friday night to a burst hot wter tank. Called for a few estimates and Pete was the most genuinely concerned that we needed a replacement tank asap. The installer came on a Sunday morning to do the work and he made sure that every thing was very clean before he left. I was very impressed with their service.

My water heater which was on warranty started leaking and I called a number of plumbing outfits. Pete the Plumber was able to come out within two days while every other service needed at least a week. Additionally, Pete the Plumber's quote was significantly less than the next lowest one, approximately $300 lower. The repair person came out on time, provided a very efficient service and was professional and friendly. He provided very valuable information and answered all questions taking as much time as we needed. The final cost was placed at the initial estimate even though the amount of time necessary was significantly longer than anticipated. I will use Pete the Plumber for all my future needs.

I never thought I'd find myself raving about a toilet. But I love the Kohler Wentworth that Pete recommended for us! He knew exactly what we needed. After the first one was installed, I had to have them for the rest of the house. They were worth every penny and if I ever move, I'm going to have to call Pete and have him put the same toilets in my new home.

I have used Pete the plumber a few times over the past few years. They were reasonably priced and were able to complete the work in a timely matter. They also arrived at my door right when they said they would.

Steve who completed the service was excellent and did a great job on installing some new taps in our bathroom. The area he had to work in was very difficult. Thanks for a great Job Steve
