Pete The Plumber

Working with the plumber was a pleasant experience, the plumber did all he could to complete the job, but in the end was unable to solve the issue (which later appeared to sort itself out on its own).
I didn't feel like I was being over charged for the work that was done, and was not dissatisfied with the outcome, regardless of the issue not being solved, it was an overall positive experience.

Had issues with bathtub faucet.
It came loose and was creating a leak, the plumber was considerate of my personal circumstances and diagnosed the issue keeping in mind the age and lifespan of the dated & worn out washroom fixtures.

The project was installed for our community association outdoor rink water system. Great service, there on time. Good follow up and customer service. Would recommend in a heartbeat, very reliable and thorough

We called them to un-hook our 2nd water heater and remove it without asking for a quote. When the job was done 1 1/2 hours later our bill was $450 plus taxes. A few calls to other plumbers confirmed that this would have cost $250 - $300 maximum. Gouging is the only words I can use to describe this.

We went into the Pete the Plumber showroom and talked to Bob. He was very helpful. We had just purchased an older home that still has the original cast iron pipes and needed to replace the barely working original toilets that had clogged our main line. We were worried about getting low flow toilets in an older house but he assured us that the Toto Eco Drake would be able to do the job. They even had some in the showroom that we could see operate. We ordered them and Jason came to install them. He was on time, courteous, clean and did an awesome job replacing the shut off valves as well as installing the new toilets. They work great!

This was the cheapest and the best plumbing company that I found. They did the service very quickly and professionally. Had to add some new connections, the technician asked before installing. The price was fair and the bill was the same as the quote. You also get a long warranty on the tank (8 or 10 years).

The phone people are great and the workmen are neat and tidy. Pete actually will speak to you on the phone. We have had a couple of jobs done and the people are so helpful and easy to deal with.

Great guys working at this place. The estimator was professional, and the crew he sent out was awesome. They were joking around and having fun the whole day (even thought it was a really crappy project). They even stayed over the quoted time to finish the project and didn't charge me extra. The cleanup was flawless, and I have even received compliments on the installation by other contractors. Will defiantly call these folks again. Highly Recommended.

My hot water tank was 10 years old and I figured it was time to replace it before it started leaking. Pete the Plumber had done various other work for me and I was always very satisfied. Matt did an awesome job installing my new tank and patiently explained how everything worked. I will definitely use their services again.
