I recently developed a very significant algae problem in the water feature on my property. I became aware of A Tranquil Scape on a visit to the Home and Garden Show and called Jeff soon thereafter. Jeff spent a great deal of time with me to understand my algae issues and then cam out to see it and even took pictures of the algae. He provided me with a couple of solutions and came out to do the necessary work in a very timely fashion. Jeff installed a copper ionizer and made a follow up visit to ensure that all was working properly. He was very flexible in when he could come out because of difficulties with my schedule and punctual when he did arrive. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no mess left over when he was done. When I experienced difficulties with the ionizer, Jeff made several return visits and followed up with the manufacturer. When it was determined that the ionizer was faulty, he dealt with the manufacturer and replaced the unit with a new one. Overall, my experiences with A Tranquil Scape have been very positive and I have found the prices charged to be very reasonable. Jeff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional in all my dealings with him. Thank you A Tranquil Scape for helping me create the clean, clear water feature I was hoping for.

My water heater which was on warranty started leaking and I called a number of plumbing outfits. Pete the Plumber was able to come out within two days while every other service needed at least a week. Additionally, Pete the Plumber's quote was significantly less than the next lowest one, approximately $300 lower. The repair person came out on time, provided a very efficient service and was professional and friendly. He provided very valuable information and answered all questions taking as much time as we needed. The final cost was placed at the initial estimate even though the amount of time necessary was significantly longer than anticipated. I will use Pete the Plumber for all my future needs.
