Our furnace was not working properly, so I called ATCO Gas. They were able to come out really quickly and do the necessary check. The service call was free and the guy made sure he looked at everything and that it was working properly. He made the recommendations that was needed. Furnace is working fine right now without needing any other work, but he said I may in the future.
This was a hail damage replacement job. Insurance company chose this company. The guys did a very good job. Worked in December which was very cold for them. Did the job in a few days and cleaned up everything every day. The garbage bin was on our driveway for much too long after the job was done. Guys were very friendly and always smiled and said hi.
Not to sound like a broken record, but the services were not fulfilled, just like most of the reviews. Missed an appointment for service. Took two months to get a hold of someone at the company. Phone mailbox was always full. Luckily I did not pay upfront, so I did not have to deal with a refund. Finally contacted the company and cancelled all services booked.
This was the cheapest and the best plumbing company that I found. They did the service very quickly and professionally. Had to add some new connections, the technician asked before installing. The price was fair and the bill was the same as the quote. You also get a long warranty on the tank (8 or 10 years).

Bought the Living Social coupon thinking I could try this company out and see how they do and maybe hire them for more services. Had a quick response right away and was promised an appointment in two weeks. A month later, no call and no appointment. Could not get a hold of them through e-mail and the answering machine was full. Finally 2 months later got a call and was advised that the coupon is no longer valid. Offered to do the service again for twice as much ($100). I said that I only wanted to spend the original amount and they agreed. They set an appointment for a Saturday and did not show up. Terrible company, weak communication and bad customer service. Luckily I did not pay upfront. How can a company stay in business with such bad customer service?

We apologize that we did not contact you on your Saturday appointment. Our office does not work weekends and they find out who was missed Monday morning. You had sent us an email Sunday stating that no one had called you and cancelled your appointment. Our office was to have you scheduled Monday but your email stated you no longer wanted service from us.
