GE Washer purchase

Purchased a GE washer from Goemans in September 2020 washer #1 appeared 3 weeks later damaged in transit. Washer #2 appeared 7 to 8 days later damaged in transit. Washer #3 appeared October 8 no visible damage. Was installed by Goemans washer is defective and GE will be coming it inspect why it will not run.
Do not recommend Goemans to anyone their customer service is the worst.
October 15th contacted GE direct for service on new machine that will not run. Serviceman found a
disconnected wire to main circuit board. Unknown why wire was disconnected on new machine.
To date there has been no follow-up by Goemans customer service. Very disappointed with the handling of this purchase will never do business with this company again.
October 23 received a call from the same GE serviceman this week. He had been finally been contacted by Goemans to repair (get this) our new dryer. It seems that Goemans can't even get the right appliance for repair let alone do it in timely manner. My suggestion is bypass Goemans customer service and let the manufacturer figure it out otherwise you will have along wait for service.

Very poor after sales support

They told us the appliances were in stock and reserved, took our money and haven’t shipped our purchases. The Kitchener store manager doesn’t even have the common courtesy to return calls. We have spent hours on the phone with their shipping department to no avail. Avoid these guys at all costs.

kitchen/laundry renovation

I purchased 7 appliances in Aug 2019), inspection and installation. The sale person ordered my fridge panels wrong. They had the nerve to ask me to place 84" panels on an 80" door. I told them to return them and bring me the right size. The sales person charged me another $500 to order my new doors, saying its policy. Policy to charge me again after I had already paid my balance. The sales person ordered the wrong door panels again. 6 weeks later I still don't have them. The manager is no better. I explained that I can't use my fridge and my children can't use. I told them after the second mistake that they need to reimburse me. All I am told is we are working on it? No one apologizes no on holds themselves accountable for their actions. They made the mistake why do I have to pay for it repeatedly from their incompetence. I left a message for the regional manager. I wont hold my breath. Its funny how when someone does something wrong they try to hide it or blame someone else instead of saying they made the mistake "twice". This is suppose to be a place of business and that behaviour is disgusting. I work so hard to make my dream kitchen and this experience is one of the worst ones for me. I am still waiting for my "correct bill of sale" b/c the original is wrong. I am exasperated from this experience.

Multiple Calls

I purchased 4 matching, LG black stainless appliances from the London store in March and had them delivered in May. The fridge was dead on arrival and my complaint is that no one - LG or Goemans, would take responsibility. Me, the customer, was forced to call each company NUMEROUS times over a 10 day period before LG said they'd refund Goemans the cost of the fridge so I could choose another or get my money back (I couldn't do that as I had to match the other appliances - I NEEDED this fridge). I left two messages with the London manager to contact me and he never did. I wasted so much time and had so much frustration and can't believe the customer was forced to make so many calls. One call should have been made and the problem dealt with.
What a bad experience.....

Extremely poor customer service at warehouse

Purchased stove at London store delivery 2-3 weeks from warehouse. Voicemail Message received stove on back order from supplier.
Because we took 2 hours to return call (tied up at work) back up used stove offered in the interim was delayed for another 3 days. After calling and explaining 2 medical situations going on, need stove, was obliged earlier delivery. On delivery date received call, truck forgot stove. Called warehouse again but they did not care about my situation. In the interim my credit card was billed and paid. Salesmen in London were good but warehouse service is extremely extremely poor. As it stands don’t know when I will receive delivery as I am getting conflicting messages.

Complete kitchen appliance set

Visiting the showroom and selecting the right products for my new kitchen was easy and enjoyable. I made my selection...well in advance of the date the appliances would be required...and paid in full. That's where my positive experience with this company stops. Two days before the scheduled delivery date I was notified that one of the products was not in stock. The day before the scheduled delivery date I was informed that one of the products was suddenly 'damaged' and could not be delivered. It took several phone calls and several HOURS on hold to get an answer as to when the remaining 2 items would be delivered. Over a month later the items had all finally arrived. One of the items, a range hood, was dead out of the box. After placing a service call and following up weekly for almost two months now, there is still no resolution to this problem. I have a beautiful new kitchen with a pretty new gas stove...that can't be used because I don't have ventilation. Complete nightmare...Stay away from this company

Bbq

Recently bought all new appliances including bbq. Have not been able to use bbq as part was missing from box. This was back in May. To date issue has not been resolved. Been getting runaround from all levels of customer service.

Terrible customer service

Got a dented fridge - we plugged it in before we saw it so they said we would have to pay a restocking fee??
Escalated and finally agreed to a settlement but never happened. Followed up today and they said person out of office.
Brutal.
Took several calls, escalations, emails and instore visits and still not resolved.

Purchase of a washer dryer

If you go to Goemans go see Daren Lee. He is very careful and goes over all the details before you purchase . He’s hard working and he is a very good salesperson.

purchase of appliances and delivery

Nice showroom in Markham, Bought appliances , gave 2 month lead time for order as fridge was not in stock. We were told they would have this fridge in two months no problem and we paid in full at the time. The Fridge was finally delivered a month late. Delivery Service is awful too. Would not recommend Goeman's to anyone, and will not be going back there to purchase future appliances.
