Woodchuck Flooring

Was happy that they took the job and finished for us in time for the holidays. The quality of the work was very good. I didn't think our old wood floors would come out so nice, but they made it happen. Since it was my first project I was hoping that management would give us a little more information about the process etc. Maybe checking in on us after each step in the process. Otherwise,I am pleased overall.

Mike came out to my home almost immediately after I called. He was very helpful and informative. A week after placing my order, Kevin, called and set up the installation. Walter, the installer came out on schedule, as promised. He ripped out the existing floor very quickly. All debris was removed by the time I arrived home from work.And the new flooring,wow, what a fantastic job! I couldn't possibly be any happier. Walter is absolutely amazing, very experienced. And, everything was spotless when the job was completed. I will highly recommend Woodchuck Flooring to all my friends.

We were extremely satisfied with Woodchuck Flooring, from the original estimate to the completed job. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, they were on time and very clean. Our son has asthma and a dust allergy, and Woodchuck took extra care to seal off the area with plastic sheeting (from our front door to the upstairs hallway) and leave the area spotless when they were finished. They performed the work while we were out of town, and our family members who came over to check up on the work were also impressed. Thanks, great job!

We had purchased unfinished hardwood flooring from Woodchuck Flooring and had them install it in our 1000 sq ft bungalow. Needless to say we were thrilled with their service, expertise, courteousness and professionalism.

Our ground floor was replaced with slate in the entranceway/landry room, and hardwood everywhere else. Woodchuck did a great job installing the floor. When moving furniture, a few boards were gouged, whereupon they came back and replaced the boards so that you can't even tell which onces were done. They cleaned up after they were done, so that you didn't even know that they were there. Highly recommend them.

We appreciate the knowledge and assistance if selecting the best flooring and finishes for our projects. Mark has a vast knowledge of product and application information. With so much attention to the envirnment, they offer a large selection of water base products that dry quickly without the awful fumes. thank you again.

We did some research on flooring companies and after speaking to a few, decided to go with Woodchuck (very reasonably priced). Mike was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions about how to deal with some stains in the existing hardwood (the sanding would remove most of it and the dark stain we chose would hide it completely) and also how to finish the stairs. The crew showed up on time and finished the job on schedule. The quality of the work was excellent and we are very pleased. My only complaint is that the crew left used cigarette butts on my front patio/lawn. Would certainly recommend them to refinish floors.

I don't think our experience with Woodchuck could have gone any better than it did. From start to finish they truly cared about their work. I was surprised and amazed at the care they put into making us truly satisfied customers.
