We are very pleased with the rug we purchased from Boteh. The workmanship and beauty of this rug, gives a warm and inviting finish to our family room. We made the purchase over an year ago. I had some minor concerns that they handled with such integrity. They went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I hope to buy from them in the future.

I don't think our experience with Woodchuck could have gone any better than it did. From start to finish they truly cared about their work. I was surprised and amazed at the care they put into making us truly satisfied customers.
