Half of our house plumbing backed up. We phoned Roto Rooter Plumbing around 4pm, and they had someone to our house quickly to take care of the issue(s). They were quick and nice and sort of fixed the issue with skills and 'zen'. It was great and totally worth every penny! Thanks, Roto Rooter!

we had problem with our drainage so we call the plumber , they digged in the wrong place and after digging a big hole. then change location. It was not a good experience for us. make sure you ask a lot questions before allowing the plumber to dig

we had a blocked line a few years ago. we called them on the sunday. They came out right away and fixed the problem. The made sure not damage the walls with their tools.

we have an old house with interesting plumbing issues; the downstairs bathroom sink was not draining; we tried to fix it ourselves and made it worse so that it drained too much

the plumber was understanding and even walked us through what we did wrong; he also had some fun trying to figure out the best way to help us as the previous owner glued and screwed in the sink and built the cabinets and counter around the sink so it couldn't be easily fixed by the plumber

if you can get this company to help (as they are very busy) it is well worth the money

pLUMBER CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND ESTIMATED THAT THIS JOB WOULD COST 800.00 PLUS MATERIALS AND LABOUR. I GOT THE JOB DONE BY A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR A THIRD OF THE PRICE. THEY ALSO MADE ME PAY FOR THE ESTIMATION.

I had Roto rooter clean my drain tile all around my house. They were there for a couple hours and I was shown how the water now flows cleanly with out debris or sediment. They were neat and professional.

We contacted Roto-Rooter with regards to a plumbing issue we had that was unable to be fixed by the previous plumber. They were quick to respond; on-time (which is not always the case in trades!), professional and quality repair.
