I called up RCC to investigate water coming above ground into basement cold room. Nicholas came over, even though it wasnt a job they do, which is to simply seal a few cracks around the door front. He was so kind to instruct me on the work required and the type of trade that would best for the job. He didnt even charge for helping me identifying the area where the leak was coming.

It's great to see company who have people like Nicholas representing them. I highly recommend this company.

I requested a quote online and it was replied to in a timely manner. Job was scheduled as soon as I paid the deposit and 2 hardworking brothers took care of waterproofing our old window well in one full day.
I certainly recommend the company to others.

Started by talking with Brian, he was friendly and took the time to ensure that I understood the process of how the system worked and what I needed to do to ensure the work could be completed.
Then I moved to DJ, thanks for understanding my urgency with every rain. Sadly the job was delayed a little due to not enough workers due to COVID. As a nurse, I can understand but I am so thankful for the men that did show up and do the work.
To those men on Moe's team, thank you so much, the first day was rough and loud (LOL) but the work done on the second day amazed me and day 3 all done. Moe ensured that the clean up in my living space occurred everyday. Moe was friendly and again taking the time to answer my questions.
The first time I heard the sump pump turn on was such a relief, I ran inside and heard nothing. Moe you are my hero.
Then I spoke with Miera about paying, credit card, here you go. Miera was very kind and patient when I started to worry that my card wouldn't take the full amount. But the office manager and Miera came through with a plan to ensure I could pay in 2 portions without a late fee.
A big thanks to RCC Waterproofing from start to finish, it can rain now and I can relax, well maybe I'll have to check a few times LOL.

Having RCC Waterproofing repair 2 cracks in our foundation was a very positive experience. Mike Martelli the RCC Waterproofing consultant visited the house twice to access the job. Just wanted to take a moment to thank the wonderful guys (and gals) at RCC. As it was my first home, I was a little worried about putting in a sump pump but Rick took the time to explain everything to me.
Den is a wealth of knowledge and demonstrated great patience with me as he explained my options in detail. Very honest and up front. Not only did he return my calls asap he also came to give me a free estimate and discuss options after the sump pump was installed.
Couldn't recommend a better man or company for this job.

Rcc Waterproofing did an excellent job right from the estimate with Mauro to the completed job with Patrick and the crew. I had a prior estimate with another company who said it would be three days to complete at more money. Rcc did twice the work for a much better price. Since the repair, we have had two major rain storms and not a single drop entered my basement. Also, Rcc did the entire job in ONE day.

As part of a larger house reno, RCC did the underpinning of our foundation. They did solid work, on budget, with professional, easy-to-be-around crew. Took several months longer than expected, but we were quite happy with the final product.

RCC is the company to call when you have water in your basement. Their sales rep Jamie is knowledgeable and professional. The 3 men who did the work were very thorough. We've used them before and they are truly a 10 out of 10.

We had a water problem that leaked into our basement below the electrical panel. We were advised (by another source in the industry) that it may be caused by a hole around the hydro conduit going into the house and and that it could possibly be remedied by hiring a handyman. Being seniors, we opted to get 2 quotes from area waterproofing companies. Shock time - we were given quotes to waterproof the complete exterior wall and corner, one of the quotes suggesting an internal remedy with a sump pump! Expensive fixes for a small area. Needless to say, none of these suggestions sat well with us. We searched out more waterproofing companies and decided to contact RCC as Mike Holmes recommends RCC. At this point we dealt with Nicholas. Nicholas agreed the water problem could be tied to the electrical conduit advising that this approach was not a sure fix. It was suggested a 3 feet dig either side of the electrical conduit to the footings. This work would be performed with a life time warranty costing below 70% of highest quote. RCC were given the job. A no brainer.
Noel's crew arrived at 8:00 a.m. By 3:00 p.m. the job was completed. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly workers.
The honesty and professionalism of RCC cannot be denied. We would recommend RCC services to anyone needing water remediation.

My experience with RCC was positive from the start. Firstly, the company was quick to respond. Rick, the sales consultant who provided the estimate was professional, very thorough in his evaluation of the issue and provided detailed explanation of what was required to resolve the issue. Marco and crew who did the actual work were courteous and professional, kept me updated of their progress and finished the project in the 3 days estimated. At the end, I was provided before and after pictures of the entire project. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
