We had a water problem that leaked into our basement below the electrical panel. We were advised (by another source in the industry) that it may be caused by a hole around the hydro conduit going into the house and and that it could possibly be remedied by hiring a handyman. Being seniors, we opted to get 2 quotes from area waterproofing companies. Shock time - we were given quotes to waterproof the complete exterior wall and corner, one of the quotes suggesting an internal remedy with a sump pump! Expensive fixes for a small area. Needless to say, none of these suggestions sat well with us. We searched out more waterproofing companies and decided to contact RCC as Mike Holmes recommends RCC. At this point we dealt with Nicholas. Nicholas agreed the water problem could be tied to the electrical conduit advising that this approach was not a sure fix. It was suggested a 3 feet dig either side of the electrical conduit to the footings. This work would be performed with a life time warranty costing below 70% of highest quote. RCC were given the job. A no brainer. Noel's crew arrived at 8:00 a.m. By 3:00 p.m. the job was completed. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly workers. The honesty and professionalism of RCC cannot be denied. We would recommend RCC services to anyone needing water remediation.
