This company exceeded my expectations, they were professional and they gave me the best possible advice to not only save me money, but to do it right the first time so I wont run into problems in the near future. Would def refer to friends and family

Contacted these guys through samedayplumbing.ca to fix two broken waste disposal units (garburator) - follow up over the phone was professional but quote when the tech came to the house was crazy. Told me that we need to replace both (which is what I expected) but wanted to charge more than $2000 (units cost $500 combined at home depot - rest is labour). When I asked how long it would take, he said an hour - which means for travel and 1 hour of time was $1500. I don't mind paying a premium but when someone is taking advantage of you, based on the size of your house, trusting personality or other reason then I have a problem. When I commented about the price the response was "that's the price of being in business" which is a good reason why you should not do business with companies like this.

Response to Company: We were quoted $750 and $1250 which is $2000 + HST. The units are the same that are sold by HomeDepot - they carry the full line of residential units - we purchased the same units you quoted with install from home depot for $1000 Including HST. Home depot contractors are insured and licensed to install the units. This is just a case where competition is forcing you to have prices that the market expects - we know how much the units cost and we know what the labour cost.

O ring broken... Tony fixed the rings and installed faucets to minimize the damage if this happens again. Pleased with service and they were able to help me on the same day (sunday!!)

They were prompt, same day service as a new customer I would recommend them to others.

Priority Plumbing gave me a next day appointment with a three hour window of my choice. Greg came on time, explained the work that needed to be done and did it promptly and very well. Too often, plumbing repairs are an adventure of not a very rewarding kind. Not so Priority. who we have previously used with similar excellent results.

My kitchen faucet was loose. I called before 9 am and was advised that the technician would be there between 11 and 2. Kostis was here shortly after 10 am and replaced both the kitchen faucet and one in my bathroom after providing me with numerous alternatives.

Kostis was very pleasant, respectful, thoroughly competent and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

It is wonderful dealing with a company that delivers on its promises.

Building is 12 years old, i had just moved in and noticed some things that he confirmed needed work, repair, or new fixtures. He was spotless, even worked in a small enclosed space to avoid the fire detector going off- spotless cleanup! Priority has been my choice for home and condo!
