O ring broken... Tony fixed the rings and installed faucets to minimize the damage if this happens again. Pleased with service and they were able to help me on the same day (sunday!!)

"Service" work is very different from new construction or renovation work where everything is pre planned. It takes years of experience to repair a wide range of fixtures and brands.
