Everyone involved in each step of process from consulting, designing, ordering and accounting were very personable and professional. Windows and doors were designed and constructed exactly how desired. I am thrilled with the quality and overall look. We have used Pollard before and were very satisfied with their product and service, so we decided to use them again in a home renovation project. Scott was very patient and easy to deal with, very accommodating, and showed up on the first day of the install to make sure everything was going well. We love our new windows and doors, and the installers were also great to deal with and proud of their work. We would highly recommend Pollard to anyone who is looking for windows and doors.

Was doing a renovation and needed new basement windows. The projects were completed separately. I had Pollards install the windows in the basement which was done so quickly and easily. I have had no problems at all and so glad I had it done. The Windows in the addition are good but wish I had Pollards do the install - it would have been easier that way.

Our salesman Scott, guided us through the many new designs and features of Pollard products. His knowledge and good advice, built on years of experience in the industry, helped with custom designing a window and 4 panel door for our stylish backyard shed/studio. We decided to also purchase a ‘maintenance free’ bay window. When there were 'glitches' Scott and manager Dave were quick to remedy the concern. This kind of customer service is truly valued. We have no hesitation in recommending Pollard Window and Door products and have praise for the whole Pollard Team!

We ordered a glass entrance door 3 months back thru our contractor and got a delivery date of November 15th. Well that date has come and gone so I decided to call Pollard. Spoke to Dave ( manager) and he was upset that was calling him and went on to tell me that as this door is a special door ( it was in their catalog) delivery of the glass so he could not give me a delivery date. I own dock door company and deal with speciality high speed door so I went on to tell him that everyone has a production schedule and there must be a date that he can pass onto his customer. He got every more upset and told me to deal with my contractor. He continue to tell me Pollard could not be held responsible as to their supplier short comings. All said I would recommend to everyone that wishes to deal with them to try other company with better customer care.

Some hiccups along the process but over all very satisfied with the service. Original salesperson retired half way through our selection of windows however Scott stepped right in an did a wonderful job of keeping us informed and answering our questions. Install went very smoothly however there was a communication breakdown between crew and Supervisor which resulted in original moulding for front door going missing. Pollard's Manager Dave subsequently took responsibility and rectified the situation at their cost. Even replaced some screens that were bent and allowed us to keep them for spares. Everything looks original to house and neighbours are asking about them.
I will use them again to finish off the back half of the house.

Originally, I had decided to replace three windows using Pollard Windows. I liked the new windows and the professional service so much that I decided additionally to have all the windows in my house replaced. To this day I am completely satisfied. I like the locks and the way the windows open, plus no more painting!
