My daughter used this company a year ago and highly recommended their service and sales rep Danny. I called and requested to have Danny out for an estimate. His sales presentation and friendly demeanor really stood out from the other companies. We signed the contract with him in August and our new windows, doors, siding and fascia/trough was done in the time frame Danny mentioned to us. I must commend Consumers Choice for the great training they offer their sales team and of course I cannot forget the polite team of installers who did the job for me. I have recommend Consumers Choice to my neighbors and will continue to use their services in the future

The door in our home was a builder door of poor quality and on top of that, 11 years old. The center post in the garden doors had began to rot due to improper weather stripping. We got quotes from 5 home improvement companies and ultimately decided to go with Consumers Choice because we were impressed with the overall aesthetic and quality of their door products. Another main reason we chose Consumers Choice was because they have their own employees install the products and do not sub-contract. All installers have to go through a program to be certified so customers are ensured it will be properly installed.
A initial concern was the time frame for returned phone calls and our representative Mike was very thorough and seemed to have gone out of his way to accommodate us by returning phone calls at late hours and on weekends as well as returning for a second visit to clear up any misunderstandings. We were very happy with how reliable Mike was as well as polite and friendly. Overall the project is spectacular and we are happy with the outcome. We are pleased with the new look and it is exactly what we were looking for!

There are so many window companies it is hard to know who to trust and who will do the job correctly. I have seen many window advertisements but chose to call Consumers Choice after a friend had referred me about a year ago and was so satisfied with the results she gleamed and spoke so highly of the company product and service. I was so pleased with the results I did not hesitate to call them back again for more window replacements. The product (Enersave) and the people did not disappoint. Perfection all around.

Danny Jack was very knowledgeable when he came to quote us. He explained to me the function of different windows and suggested me the opening direction of windows. Instatallation was simple with no mess after. Very happy!

I called the company and they had someone a.s.a.p giving me a quote. The job was phenomenal, never again will i ever hire someone that i dont know or havent seen their work. Next time i am calling Consumers Choice Home Improvements.

From the quoting process with Mike Musso to the installation team (Terry) and clean up after my bow window was replaced, the whole team at Consumers Choice were consummate professionals. They were on time, adhered to original costs and made sure they left the place spic and span. They were a pleasure to deal with!

Thanks to Consumers Choice, my new windows and patio door have become the highlight of my renovation. I am happy I was shown the high quality of the windows and that Consumers Choice has a high standard for their quality. Tony gave me insight on which windows should be replaced with what and where I could save the most energy and the type of renovation I needed. Both Tony and Dennis the installer did a grade job with the measurements and Dennis did a great job with the installation covering old defects in the window openings and leaving the job site in a very clean state. I love my new Enersave windows and door. They compliment my home and look beautiful AND are energy efficient.

Friends of ours had their siding done by Consumer’s choice a few years ago and the quality of the job done is what stood out to us, it still looked brand new. We had contacted Consumer’s Choice and the job they did exceeded all of our expectations. John came to install the siding at our house and with his team did it quickly and left no mess in the area they were working in. Mike Skakich was straight to the point and gave us all relevant information about replacing our windows and doors. He also gave us insight and walked us through the steps on how to get money back from the government because we were having so much work done. He was very knowledgeable with the products he provided and was able to answer all of our questions. Dennis the installer is an amazing customer service person! They paid attention to every detail and were able to accommodate all of my requests. They were professional and took the time after installations to show us how to care for the windows and doors as well as showed us how to operate them and how the mechanisms work. I have already recommended Consumers Choice to my friends who are in need of window or door replacement as I am confident Consumers Choice will do anything to ensure the customer is satisfied!

We had to replace 2 patio doors and various windows that were about 20 years old and chose to go with Consumers Choice after being recommended by both friends and family. Larry the sales rep was confident and laid back. He was friendly and joked around with us for a while which made the process less stressful.  It was a pleasure working with such friendly and prompt staff.
