We had 3 windows installed. The installation was fast professional and extremely well done. They took our old windows away and did not leave a mess. This is the second time we have used this service and have been completely satisfied both time

Excellent service by 2 pleasant and polite young men, one of whom lives locally. All debris from old door removed. No damage to interior of house. an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

At every point of the process, we found that the team from Consumers Choice to be professional and efficient. There was a minor scheduling glitch at the very beginning, and it was resolved promptly and in a most satisfactory fashion.

We would recommend them heartily, and plan to use them when we need to replace the remaining windows (that aren't quite as antique as the ones they did replace already).

We contacted this company because our previous owners had used them to replace windows in other rooms. The salesperson was professional. The installation team was super quick, clean, and professional. They were definitely not the cheapest but we are happy with the new windows.

It's too bad that just after we had our windows installed, we saw this company advertising at a plaza with 40% off pricing - not sure if that would affect how much we paid.

The sales representative was very pleasant and explained every detail and answered all our questions.
The work by the installer was done professionally and very quickly. The installer was very courteous and answered each and every question I had in such a way that I could understand. We are very satisfied with the finished work and it certainly gave our home a whole new look. When the work was done he did an excellent job at cleaning up inside and outside. We are thrilled!

We had 7 windows and new patio doors put in all under 10 grand. I had numerous quotes and Consumer windows was the best price. The people are very friendly and helpful, and the installers are very efficient and the go above and beyond ther job. Windows are all one and look amazing.

Had a an old leaking window replaced with a new one. Sales and installation staff were very knowledgeable, checked frame for damage after removal of old window. Completed installation in a quick and efficient manor.

I discovered Consumers Choice while I was at the Toronto home show. The people at the show were helpful & offered lots of literature for me to do my research.
I made an appointment to have a sales representative come to give me a quotation. The sales rep was prompt, knowledgeable, & very trustworthy. I decided to place a deposit that night.
Within a week I was contacted to schedule an appointment for an installer to come & do measurements. The installer was thorough & answered all of my questions.
It was about 5 weeks later that I received a call to schedule an appointment for the installation & making an evening or weekend appointment wasn't a problem.
2 weeks later the installer came, removed my existing sliding door, & installed my new patio door. He was careful not to damage my hardwood floors or area rug & worked efficiently making sure that I was happy & informed about the locking features. I am happy with the door installation & trim work that was done.
The door is a little stiff to lock but I have been assured that it is because the seals are tight & will soften with use so it will get easier.
