I would highly recommend Consumers Choice. I have used their services for years and they are very professional, clean up everything when done and also use a drop cloth in the house to minimize the mess while installing.

I got a number of estimates for a new door and consumer choice had the best price because of the spring sale. I am very pleased with the overall product and the installer, Allan, was great through the process.

The customer service was not very good. I felt very rushed by the salesman, as I seemed to always be his last appointment. When I signed the contract for the door, he added it up incorrectly. I called him right away and he assured me that he would correct the total and the deposit amount on his end. The incorrect deposit amount was charged so I called him again and he told me he would fix it. A few days later, it wasn't done. I called to speak to someone else and was placed on hold for a long time. Someone finally picked up and placed me back on hold after I told her what I needed. I was on hold for a long time again and the receptionist picked up and told me that the person who placed me on hold the second time went on a break! I left a message to advise I was not impressed with the service. The Sales Manager called me back and was very nice and assured me she would see my file through to the end. I called her back almost a month later to see when the install would be happening and left a message for her. I waited a week and she never called me back. I called again and they set the appointment for the install. Once it was done, part of the Spring Sale was that we get the amount tax returned to us. I called about 2 weeks after the install to see when we would get the cheque for the tax and was told it wasn't in my file even though I discussed with the salesman and the sales manager. I had to send an email to advise what I had been told. The cheque was received quickly after I sent the email.

The total process took almost 2.5 months to complete and the customer service was definitely lacking, which was very disappointing because the product is good...but I don't think I would come back or recommend them because of the customer service, which is something they seem to pride themselves on.

From start to finish, the service and final product quality from this company are truly Excellent! Great Sales Rep David, efficient and polite installers (prompt too), and great after service follow up as well. What more could you expect - and we absolutely love our new front door!!!

We met Consumers Choice Home Improvements at the Home Show and were interested in the sliding glass doors they had displayed. After checking out their HomeStars reviews we decided to engage them to replace 3 sliding glass doors. An appointment was made with Pradip to come and quote the job, which went very well - less then what another window company quoted me in 2015. I was advised we were looking at a 7-9 week time frame, which was fine as other renos were underway. I was contacted within a week by Alen to do measurements and about 3 weeks later we were scheduling the installation. Alen and his crew did a great job! The installations were done over two days and the crew arrived on time each day and did a great clean up job afterwards. A follow-up was required as the warehouse provided the installer with the wrong part; I was concerned it could take weeks to get someone in to finish it, yet they were here within 3 business days to finish the last piece. I was impressed by the pricing, the professionalism and timeliness of the installation that I've called them back for a shower window we hadn't thought about and a side-door for the garage. I look forward to having a similar experience as this one.

The quality of the product is good and I am completely satisfied with the finished product. The team doing the installation were very professional and courteous. They did a great job of running through the installation and up keep post installation.

The consumers choice team was friendly and also did a great job building our new bay window and installing our new door. They also picked up all the garbage and made sure that the area was cleaned up before they left.

From the moment we met the salesman Larry who showed us all the products and explained how the job would be done we felt comfortable we were dealing with a reputable company. The window installer Phil was meticulous and professional and did an excellent job. The siding team did an awesome job and totally transformed our tired house into a "home" that I'm proud to come home to every day now. I would highly recommend Consumers Choice to all my friends who need any home improvements.

This is the second time we have used Consumers Choice, and we were just as pleased as we were the first time (which was a front door installation). Both times the sales rep was helpful but not pushy, office staff scheduled measurements and installation within the promised timeframes, everyone showed up as scheduled, and the installers were fast and professional. We plan to use Consumers Choice again later this year for some more window installations, and highly recommend them for door/window replacements.

My salesman was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The installer did a great job as well. We are very happy with the service and quality of our windows. This company is honest and had competitive pricing.
