I discovered Consumers Choice while I was at the Toronto home show. The people at the show were helpful & offered lots of literature for me to do my research.
I made an appointment to have a sales representative come to give me a quotation. The sales rep was prompt, knowledgeable, & very trustworthy. I decided to place a deposit that night.
Within a week I was contacted to schedule an appointment for an installer to come & do measurements. The installer was thorough & answered all of my questions.
It was about 5 weeks later that I received a call to schedule an appointment for the installation & making an evening or weekend appointment wasn't a problem.
2 weeks later the installer came, removed my existing sliding door, & installed my new patio door. He was careful not to damage my hardwood floors or area rug & worked efficiently making sure that I was happy & informed about the locking features. I am happy with the door installation & trim work that was done.
The door is a little stiff to lock but I have been assured that it is because the seals are tight & will soften with use so it will get easier.
