Called Milani drainage and hot water problems. Both technicians, Adrian & Grant were very friendly and conscientiousness of the fact that we are a hospital. They did a great job!

The technician from Milani (Wayne) did the work in a timely manner and did not stop work when I was talking to him. he seemed to know what he was doing.and got the hot water working for me to have a shower that night

The technician seemed to know what he was doing. This was important because we have a rather complicated hot water heating system. He worked hard on this and several other plumbing issues that I identified. I was quite surprised, however, at how expensive the work turned out to be.

there was a leak on the elbow of heating pipe on the main floor and called Milani. The technician Grant was awesome. He stuck by us until we had heat again. Thanks for everything!

Jeffrey was very professional, listened to what our problem was, went to investigate, provided details about what was the problem and what had to be done to rectify the problem. He then proceeded to correct the problem, and came back with additional recommendations to prevent future problems. Great Job!
