Milani Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Had a call from Milani early in the week reminding me that my less than 2 year old furnace was do for a check-up. I arranged to have them come on Saturday morning and Firoz arrived right on time. While he was there I mentioned that one of the vents has a rattle when the furnace is running. He took the time to examine the vent and found the problem (a large piece of old paint). Firoz worked in a friendly and professional manner while on site and did an excellent job.

Water heater check valve was clogged, phoned Milani and set up a replacement. Them came as promised, phoned before arrival and did a great job. Mo was very good and informative, he was a pleasure to work with. Two items I would suggest.
1- customer service people should have diagnostic knowledge, no one wants to spend money on an " I think"
2-addition items such as code mandated chimneys and expansion tanks should be part of the install, no one needs $$$ surprises

Upon return from vacation, when the furnace kicked in, the smell of raw natural gas being pumped around the house was obvious. WE immediately shut down the furnace. After phoning Milani, we had a service technician, Mike, arrive promptly as promised. He reviewed the furnace, diagnosed the problem, which was minor, but important, being a gas heat thermocouple, cleaned it , and we were set to go.
This is our first introduction to Milani, and we were very satisfied.

Farid was excellent from Milani! He was very friendly and did a thorough clean throughout the house. I will use Milani from now on for any plumbing and heating services.

Milani service is very prompt (I am being serviced on Easter Sunday, without paying overtime), very courteous, and knowledgeable. They are respectful of the house, and don't make a mess, and keep the home-owners well-informed of their progress, and any issues, and involve us in any required decisions. All good.

Hot water tank making noises and Indy came to check it. Said it was the regulator and I didn't have to worry. He also adjusted the temperature to a comfortable level for me

Our hot water tank had developed a rattle from time-to-time and we could not trace the source. We thought that after 8 years the tank was nearing the its end. Mo reviewed the tank, its connections & the related water sources. He found that no tank or major repairs were required, it was a wood pecker drawn to the tank's rooftop vent. Mo then provided a solution involving a trades-person attaching a wire mesh to the vent's outlet. Problem discovered - solution obtained.

My technician was Sandro. He installed a new kitchen sink, trimmed the counter as the new one was of a different shape than the existing one, fixed all the leaks and redid the drainage. All was done very efficiently and in a timely manner. It is the second time I use Milani and I am very satisfied.

Hot water tank was overflowing and toilet was clogged. The technician was nice and professional. He quickly figured out the problem and explained it to me clearly. Although the problem turned out to be worse than I expected, milani makes it easy to solve.
