When I originally purchased the couch from EQ3, I was told the approximate wait time for delivery would be 5-6weeks. I thought that was a little long, but decided it was worth the wait. About three weeks passed when I received a phone call informing me that the factory which manufactured the fabric I chose, had unexpectedly shut down, and due to the fact, not only did I have to go back to the store and choose another fabric, but I also had to wait an additional 5-6weeks on top of the 3 that had already passed. Finally, the couch arrived one day, all packaged and wrapped nicely. As I begin to take the wrapping off, I notice the sticker bears the name of the original fabric I chose. I thought that was odd but didn't pay much attention to it. As soon as I got all the wrapping off, and set the couch in my living room, I had a seat for the first time. It was GREAT. However, as I sat there and gazed at my new, long-awaited couch, I realized that the fabric was indeed the original fabric that I had chosen! What happened, and why did I have to wait an additional 3 weeks to receive my couch. Until then, my apartment was SPARCE with nowhere to sit but the floor. The couch definitely would have come in handy a lot sooner, but I was under the impression I was receiving a different (looking) couch, and that's why I accepted the additional wait time. I'm still wondering, but have lost any passion in pursuing the original source of the mistake. In the end, I'm still very satisfied with the couch, and I think it's perfect for what I was asking for, I just would have liked it if it arrived sooner!
