I wanted to purchase these fabulous lights I saw at EQ3 but when I went to buy them the Granville location said I had to order them as they do not sell off the floor. I was so disappointted as I was trying to surprise my husband by finishing off our basement. I called all the EQ3 and they all said the same thing except for Yaletown, they had two on the floor and said they were happy to sell to me and they could order new ones for themselves. It made my project comeplete. Excellent service!!!!

I was trying to find furniture for my basement and wnated immediate delivery of the furniture. Scan Design was so amazing and helpful, I found three items on their floor betwwen two locations and they went above and beyond to make sure I could get these items on my time line and help coordinate independant delivery to meet my needs. Excellent style and excellent service!!

The Cross has the most up to date and unique styles in the city. I am a frequent shopper and they always amaze me with their excellent customer service. If you see a look in any decor magazine they can truly help you create it. This store is a must to visit and the inventory changes every week and never disappoints!
