I called multiple companies for help and all of them could not schedule a visit in a timely manner, basically at least a few days to a week out. When I called Westside they were very accommodating and squeezed me in the very next morning. I'm so glad they did. Chris was professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and answered all our questions so we felt informed of the situation and learned a few things about rats as well. From the foul smell we figured we had a dead rat hidden somewhere in the ceiling that may never have been found but through Chris' wonderous camera work he was able to locate it hidden between a vent and some beams. So grateful he found it and pulled it out. It was a great experience with Westside and we haven't had any re-occurring problems but its nice to know they have a 12 month guarantee. No problems recommending them but hopefully I won't need to use them again =)

I was looking for a new bed frame and found one at EQ3. The price was slightly over my budget but the design and look of the bed was great and I had to get it anyways. The sales rep was very helpful and patient. There were other matching pieces that I was very interested in and again I was offered some great advice. I eventually ended up getting all the pieces from EQ3 but they were all purchased seperately. I did encounter some problems with their shipping as it took over 4-6 weeks to deliver and then ran into some further delays. Its safe to say I was not pleased at the time but they offered to pay for my shipping for compensation which was a nice gesture. Overall they have great products and great service. I have recommended my friends to go visit there too when looking for furniture.
