This was a bit disappointing. We really liked the item in the showroom, but it was delivered to us damaged, and missing a major piece. We were entertaining the following night, so we weren't able to wait the additional month they said it would take to get another stand delivered. We took them up on the offer to go and pick up (ourselves-delivery was not available) the missing piece from their South Vancouver warehouse. We decided to touch up the damaged spot with a bit of paint, and assembled the piece as is (which was, incidentally, REALLY complicated), so that we could have our place ready for the party. We were given a refund of 20 percent of the cost of the item. The issue was handled well for the most part, but we will not buy another item from EQ3 based on this experience. If their system would allow for so many screw-ups, then how can we be sure it won't happen again?
