These guys were awesome... I tried to DIY... disaster after disaster.... hotwire dispatched 2 guys and in just over 2 hours they completed everything... i was amazed... these guys are knowledgeable, professional and the price is VERY reasonable... I also agree with other posters that their office staff are excellent... i found them on homestars.com and I am proud to say that they were the perfect choice... I would hire them again in a heartbeat

From initial contact to clean-up, the HotWire team did a fantastic job of setting and exceeding my expectations. Hanna (their front office quarterback) is extremely responsive and is a pleasure to work with. The crew arrived bright and early and started work before I even arrived on site. They were extremely thorough and made sure that I was comfortable with all aspects of the job. I had my doubts that they would complete all the work in one day.... but in the end, this team hauled a$$ and delivered a quality product.

Bottomline, I will only call this team for any electrical needs in the future. Hopefully they can keep up this level of quality, professionalism, and value as they grow.

E-mailed on Thursday morning, got an answer within 12 minutes that they could do the installation for me & responses to my questions were made w/in minutes. Saturday fan was installed super quickly and very happy w/the service.

I was ignored by 2 other companies previous so I was very happy with HotWires service regardless of this being a small job.

We bought an induction stove without realizing that we needed to upgrade our electrical service and were without a stove. After reading Hotwire Reviews we decided to call for help. Oris responded immediately and found a way to cook up the stove temporarily until a date could be set with hydro to upgrade panel. Oris and his team responded to all emails promptly, courteously and with all information required. On the appointed day he arrived with his team and worked steadily until the job was completed. He was clear about the equipment he was using and fixed several other small things he noticed while he was here.(A loose light and grounded the grounded the gas water properly.

We really liked Oris and his company and we would call him immediately for any other electrical problems. We would recommend him without any reservations to anyone needing electrical solutions.

Hotwire did and amazing job installing our exterior pot lights. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Hanna was great with getting back with us, once the job started it didn't take very long for them to finish. The finished result is amazing will definitely be using them in the future.

I had HotWire install some potlights last fall and was very pleased, so I called them back to install two exterior plugs in my backyard, and to move a light fixture inside the house, and install smoke detector and carbon monox detector; once again they were on time, friendly, fast and very efficient.

I was doing a swimming pool equipment reno. the old cable cannot handle the total amp from all new equipments. So I have quoted two HomeStar companies and HotWire is the one we picked. They did a clean job to layout cable from basement panel to side panel outside of my house. the job is done in professional way and they cleaned up after the job was done. I am very happy to choose them to complete my project.

Had problem with power outage in the basement for the last week or so. Called one of the top rated Electrician on HomeStars but did not get a call back. Emailed Hotwire and received a reply within a few minutes. Oris was over in an hour since he knew the urgency of the problem
