E-mailed on Thursday morning, got an answer within 12 minutes that they could do the installation for me & responses to my questions were made w/in minutes. Saturday fan was installed super quickly and very happy w/the service. I was ignored by 2 other companies previous so I was very happy with HotWires service regardless of this being a small job.

Called for window cleaning of my home, worth every penny. Sergio was very helpful in having someone come regardless of whether someone was around & e-mailed the invoice. Plus if you think about the cost of the tall ladder, storing the ladder, going up & down about a trillion times, not to mention we're clumsy...it's definitely worth it. Will be calling for service in the future for sure as I see they also do some painting services.
