Enercare almost lost us as a customer because our furnace was not working for five days since Thurs Jan 21, 2021. But, the technician (Gie) that Enercare sent on Tues Jan 26, 2021 did such an excellent job that we decided to stay with Enercare.
Gie was like a "godsent". He did his diagnosis on the furnace, and explained to us what he had to do to fix the furnace. He also did a very thorough check to ensure the broken gas valve was the only issue. We also asked Gie to do the Annual Maintenance under our service contract with Enercare. Gie was very thorough examining the furnace and explaining to us the condition of our furnace.
Gie is very knowledgeable and he has so much passion in his job. He should be a role model among the team of technicians at Enercare. Please try your best to retain Gie at Enercare. If I need any service from Enercare in the future, I will ask for Gie.
If Enercare has a bonus incentive plan, I hope you can reward Gie for his great work of retaining us as an Enercare customer. Gie is a tremendous asset to Enercare !
