When I called I received wonderful customer service with the questions I was asking. example tank size why and tankless options every informative. Steve and Joseph were very polite respectful of social distancing kept masks on during their visit and while explaining what they did before they left. Used a rug not to damage floors Enercare provided me with a great customer service from the moment I called to the finished installation from the installers.
Had our annual furnace check (we have the heating/maintenance plan). Tech was here for all of 20 minutes told us our heat exchanger was rusty and we needed a new furnace!! I got a second opion from another HVAC company, and they were here for 2 hours doing a complete diagnostic on our furnace and AC. Furnace was fine and there was nothing wrong with the heat exchanger - it was not rusty - and he showed me. Cancelled our heating and maintenance plan with Enercare immediately. They are trying to get you to purchase a piece of equipment you do not need so they (the tech and whoever else) can get bonus $$ on their next pay. IMO Have been advised to file a complaint with CTV Consumer Watch . Sent an email to Enercare and have not heard back
Servicemen (Ryan and Matt) were exceptional. Friendly and professional. Service was A-1. Went over and above what I would have expected. Eased my concerns. I get anxious when I need to have any work done because I have had some bad experiences in the past.
A yearly furnance maintenance is included in the heat protection plan, plan which it is peace of mind for a small amount of money. We lost heat and a technicien was over and found the problem at no cost to us
Last Saturday evening I lost heat and hot water as my combi boiler/hot water had a broken leaking part . Called Enercare later that night and a technician came by the next morning . Parts were ordered . The boiler was fixed on Wednesday afternoon by the same technician, his name is Rakesh who did a good job explaining to me the work he was doing. He was friendly and seems knowledgeable. Boiler fixed !!!
Everything went smoothly. Customer service staff was courteous. Appointment was scheduled for the same day. Technician was very knowledgeable and quick to find and solve the issue. Happy with the outcome.

Todd was very knowledgeable on the tankless water heater product, explained everything in a way we could understand and set everything in motion for the pre installation inspection and installation.
Peter & Denis were very professional and courteous when they came for both the pre installation inspection and the installation. They worked with us during the installation on the movement of certain items and placement for venting, etc. Once done, they explained how everything worked so that we didn't have any questions.
From end to end the process was very well done. We would definitely recommend Enercare and use you again in the future.
In a day when Customer Service means very little, this company has proven they are not the same. Same day - call and appointment and service. He did his job and then gave me tips on how to maintain the furnace. Very courteous. Would highly recommend.
