Decorium

Decorium has a wide selection of furniture!! Their customer service is superb and staff is very knowledgeable! Our order arrived on the date as promised and we are very satisfied. I do find some items to be overpriced and can be found at other competitors for cheaper but overall decorum is a great place!

I had an issue with a broken sofa leg for a piece of furniture I purchased a few years ago. Decorium, as represented by Kasia Kerfront, provided outstanding and efficient customer service and the necessary follow up. Other companies could learn from Decorium about how to treat their customers; I did no have to chase them with a series of emails and/or telephone calls. Kasia was courteous and extremely helpful.Thank you Kasia and the Decorium team for providing me with such great service.

It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Renata and Fil over the past several months on my custom leather sofa.

I had visited the store on 3 occasions before buying, and was greeted personally by Renata each time. I was impressed not only because she had remembered my name, but also very specific details about my layout and preferences that I had mentioned in prior visits! She was very open and patient in our dealings, and I got the sense she truly listens in order to give honest advice rather than simply trying to sell something. She went above and beyond on several occasions, from personally driving my elderly mother to the bus stop, to driving by the manufacturer just to get a leather sample that they didn't have in store. Talk about customer service!

The sofa was ready much sooner than the 8 weeks originally expected, and Renata was in touch on a bi-weekly basis to give prompt updates. The sofa arrived this past week and the delivery staff were very prompt and respectful.

I could not have asked for a better experience and look forward to filling out the rest of my condo with furniture from Decorium in the near future!

I cannot actually believe how Decorium treats its customers and builds relationships. My experience has been that they DO NOT stand by thier products, charge more than thier competitors for the same items, and hide behind the fine print of thier policies. I am apalled at the treatment I have been given after spending over $8000 in thier store. I shudder to think how I would be treated if I only spent a fraction of that. Shame on you Decorium!!!

Placed an order for a sofa and two leather chairs from Decorium in August. They contacted me when both items were in and arrange delivery which was convenient to me. Renata was the salesperson & we communicated back & forward via email because what I wanted to order was a bit complicated. They could have given up on me and simply ignored my requests but they didn't, the always replied promptly. When the pieces arrived, I told Renata that the sofa had a problem and surprisingly, their service dept. then contacted me, not me having to chase them. They selected a service repair person that could fix an unusual issue and the service call was fast and fixed the problem in my home. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Was able to choose from many custom options for our living rm. furniture. They made the process smooth and offered a nice discount. Renata was our contact with Decorium and recommend asking for her.

I purchased a sofa at Decorium and when it was delivered a noticed a small problem. When I notified Decorium, they assured me it was something they could remedy easily. They came back to my home to remove the sofa to repair, so I was without one for a few weeks. When it came back, the problem was not fixed - in fact it was worse! I continued to complain and was always assured they would fix the sofa. In fact I was promised Decorium would ask the manufacturer for a replacement. The emails went back and forth for MONTHS but nothing was ever done! Eventually I wrote a long letter to the President, but I never received a response. The letter was either intercepted, or the President didn't care to respond. I know somebody received it because days after mailing it, three throw cushion for the sofa, which they had taken away and not given back to me, showed up at my front door. No letter with them, no email, no phone call - just throw cushions in a bag on my front step. And the problem was never fixed. Had they told me from the beginning that nothing could be done, that would have been better than dragging it out for months. Very disappointing.

We purchased a new couch for our home from Decorium (the location on Supertest) and are quite happy with it.
Pros: salespeople are knowledgeable and not overly pushy
delivery was faster than expected
great selection in terms of variety of styles and price points
good quality couch

cons: delivery people, although pleasant, wanted to charge extra to remove the packaging that came with the couch, which is a nuisance.
