Dear Fil, thank you for your excellence! I placed a big buy order at Decorium last month, & Experience was brilliant: expertise; efficient; great help with shipping and most importantly knowledge and professionalism. Big thank you to Marta as well. She was pleasure to deal with. "Decorium" is definitely first choice of quality and experience when it comes to furniture!

No matter how hard everyone tries, there are always times when there may be imperfections in a product, particularly if it is made half way around the world. As it happened, there was an imperfection in the couch we ordered. Decorium set out right away to correct the situation, ordering a replacement component and having a service team come to our home to correct it. it is a great testament when a company stands behind the quality of the product they are selling. We found this was the case with Decorium and we are extremely pleased with the results. We will definitely be back to Decorium for future furniture purchases.

From beginning to end this was the most impressive Furniture company I have ever dealt with. Our Sales Team (yes we had several people helping us), the administrative team and the delivery team were all very courteous, professional and extreme helpful. That accompanied by the quality of the product, made this a very easy decision for our family. You pay for you what you get. Kudos and thanks Decorium.

Visited this store for the first time and, it won't be the last. Sales people were not chasing me, allowing me to shop and browse. When I had questions, staff were pleasant - particularly, "Adriana" - honest, sincere and very accommodating. Ended up spending $4,000.00 and very pleased with the quality of furniture. In fact, lots to choose from, modern and could very well have spent more - if my budget allowed for it. Will certainly return, recommend to friends and family. Even had a chance to meet the owner whose sincerity and interest in the customer was evident and very appreciative on my part. Great place!

Shopping at Decorium was a perfect experience. The help and advice from Joe and Adriana was more than expected. I would hesitate to shop anywhere else from here on in.

My Wife and have purchased many pieces of furniture over the years at Decorium because the styles are nice and ever changing. In April we purchased a coffee, end and Sofa Table as well as a Mirror.
After about 6 or 7 weeks we received a call to pick our tables but the mirror was not in. 6 weeks later and no call from the company I realised we still do not have our mirror so my wife called to inquire (as we had paid for it already). She left a message and got no call. A few days later I also called and left a message, no response. I called the 3rd time and demanded I speak to the manager. A gentleman named Phil got on the phone and asked to give him a day to find out what happened. The next day a sales rep called offered me a discount and still no response on a delivery date for my mirror. I indicated to have Phil call me. He did but had no answer and felt the discount was not sufficient for the time and aggravation we have endured. He mentioned he would call me back to find out about delivery of the mirror but said I could possibly take the Demo in store but would call me back once he knows more on my order. I did not get a call back so after 4 more days I called the store again (4th time) and left a message for Phil to call me back and still have not received a call.
Now called back (5th time) and Phil is on holidays and was told there is no delegate in his absence.
Poor experience all around. I am very upset on how I have been treated and the unfortunate thing is that Decorum had an opportunity to make it right, but made a conscious effort not to.

My husband and I purchased our first home in March, and closed in June. In April, we started shopping for furniture. Decorium's furniture is beautiful...too bad their staff's personality doesn't reflect this. We were told 6-8 weeks for delivery, which was perfect for us, as we didn't need the furniture until mid to late June. In May, I received a phone call from the delivery team saying that all of my furniture is in, and ready to be delivered. Of course I tell him, that we haven't moved yet, and requested it in June. He says OK. I moved and called to arrange delivery in June, and was told that my bed is a floor model! This was never part of the plan! Up until now, nobody has confirmed what happened, all we have been told is that it is a hiccup. I am not clueless, it appears that they sold my bed (that I put a deposit on) to someone else, and wanted to pass off a floor model to me (at full cost). They rectified the situation, by delivering someone else's bed to me (I can only imagine what excuse they gave that person). Now, when they came to deliver my dining room table, they discovered that the table is broken, and advised me that I have to wait another 8 weeks! This is not acceptable, and my husband and I agreed to take the floor model at a discount. After spending $18,000 in their store, the best discount they say they can give is $300!!! Is this acceptable to anyone, after all of the hassle and running around?! Mary-Beth @ Supertest calls herself a Customer Care Manager, but she doesn't know the meaning of care. Phil, who claims to be the Sales Manager, says this is the best he can offer me, after looking at my file. He states that the dining room set was already on sale--how is this relevant to the damaged goods on delivery? It's nice that they want their money upfront, and don't care about anything else. I still have a lot more furniture to purchase, but you can believe that I will NEVER give my business to Decorium. My sister just bought a home in Nobleton, and I will make sure that she doesn't make any purchases from Decorium as well. Their refund policy sucks...and you would think, if they can't deliver on their word, they would refund your money...but no...they have the nerve to dictate to you. I will be taking this further. It's not nice to take advantage of honest people who work hard for their money, and put their trust into a company....
