Decorium

We ordered a bedroom set from Decorium. The furniture is I think very good, but what I found most impressive were the movers - they were able to get the stuff up our very narrow and winding staircase of our old house.

I purchased a living room set from Decorium back in 2003 after seeing their exhibit at the Toronto Home Show. The set is still looks like new and is very durable. Everything from the staff help to the delivery was exceptional.

I ordered two pieces of upholstered furniture from Decorium. Both orders took much longer than the time promised. Unacceptable. One of the pieces had been ordered in the same fabric and finish as the floor model, though I paid full price to receive a new piece. When it arrived I knew that it was the floormodel - because there were candy wrappers stuffed behind the seat!

Service was good. Delivery was excellent

I bought a beautiful Bauhaus sofa, and thought I got the best deal in town. But, it was actually cheaper at several of the "big box" stores.

Poor service, exceptionally poor quality furniture. I purchased a sofa and matching chair among other things. The stuffing in the sofa and chair broke down within 6 months and needed to be re-stuffed. If you don't purchase the warranty for their products - your on your own. Buyer Beware

Decorium is a great place to shop for furniture. The showroom set up is superb and the merchandise is displayed beautifully.

I purchased my living room furniture at Decorium three years ago and it's still in immaculate condition. The service was excellent, the prices are reasonable/competitive and the huge showroom is beautiful offering a vast variety of styles. I look forward to shopping there again.
