We purchased a new couch for our home from Decorium (the location on Supertest) and are quite happy with it.
Pros: salespeople are knowledgeable and not overly pushy
delivery was faster than expected
great selection in terms of variety of styles and price points
good quality couch
cons: delivery people, although pleasant, wanted to charge extra to remove the packaging that came with the couch, which is a nuisance.

With our standard delivery, our drivers condense the packaging materials and leave them where our customers instruct them to for disposal. Many customers over the years have asked us to remove the packaging which can be difficult because the drivers have to work around the boxes all day. Taking them on and off the truck as they do other deliveries. After that, the drivers must unload a truck full of packaging materials back at our warehouse where we employ a team of people to separate all of the materials and break them down for recycling. We then pay a service to come and remove the packaging materials and take them for recycling. It's a pretty labour intensive service but something that we offer as an option. Most of our customers love the fact that they don't have to deal with the boxes and wrapping and nothing ends up blowing around the neighbourhood on a windy day.
