We have used John and his team for a variety of projects over the last couple of years. From changing light fixtures and switches to trouble-shooting wiring to a larger project of doing the electrical for a new built-in unit (rewiring, new outlets plus hard-wiring lights), we have always been very happy with the work. Quality work, professional, and good communication.

We are thrilled with the quality and look of our built-in bookcase unit in the living room. I truly cannot think of a critical word to say about Andrew the designer or the installers. Everyone was super professional with a very high attention to detail and great communication. Would highly recommend for any cabinetry work.

We contacted Toronto Tree for a quote to inspect and remove a very large Norway Maple with a crack in the trunk. Aaron came right away to look at the tree and helped guide us through the process with the City. The crew on removal day was unbelievable - they were knowledgeable, fast, tidy, and conscientious. Aaron was also particularly attuned to the challenges of dealing with neighbours. The crew took the extra time to move (and then later replant) a bunch of plants in the garden so that they would not be trampled during the removal process. They also did a very thorough job of grinding down the trunk after removal. After it was all over, our neighbours all commented on how wonderful a job Aaron and crew did.

The service went from slow and poor to nonexistent and now they are "insolvent" with our money. And obviously the money of others here. Used them last year and they were decent. Signed a contract again this year, pre-paid of course. First snow fall the cleanup was slow but they came. Poor workmanship - i.e. lots of snow remaining on steps. Same thing with last snowfall. There was a huge snowstorm in late January. About a foot of snow. Days passed and no service. I wrote; I called. Nothing. I sent four emails, all of which wen unanswered. I eventually had to hire another contractor on an ad hoc basis. Another snowfall came and went with no service and no communication. I decided to send a letter demanding a refund of our money. About two weeks later, I received an email notifying me that the company was "insolvent". Not bankrupt but insolvent, We are considering our legal options - not sure there is any way to speak to other reviewers here directly but would be interested in doing so.

We had cracked and damaged front stairs so decided they needed to be fixed or replaced. After getting a number of quotes, we ended up choosing Three Little Pigs. They weren't the cheapest but seemed the most knowledgeable and skilled. We weren't disappointed with our choice. Darren, Dave and Rob were all great to deal with and answered all of our (many) questions along the way. The job was done relatively quickly. We also appreciated the easy and open lines of communication about timing and steps that were being taken in the project. We are very pleased with the finished product and would happily use them again.

Was very pleased with WOW's work. They were very responsive via email and accommodating of our schedule. Pat visited to do a quote, which was precisely adhered to at the end of the job. We were pleased with the quality of work, the timeliness, and the cleanup. We would definitely hire Wow again for other painting work.

We hired Love Your Stairs to redo our main stairs, which involved removing old carpet, putting down new treads, risers, spindle and banister, then a new carpet runner. We were very pleased with the work - everything looks great and as expected. The cost was exactly as predicted. Rizwan was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful in helping us select the runner. He's also very, very responsive by phone or email and sent us photos as the project was underway to keep us up to date!

We purchased a new couch for our home from Decorium (the location on Supertest) and are quite happy with it. Pros: salespeople are knowledgeable and not overly pushy delivery was faster than expected great selection in terms of variety of styles and price points good quality couch cons: delivery people, although pleasant, wanted to charge extra to remove the packaging that came with the couch, which is a nuisance.

Thank you so much to A & D movers for their help moving us from two apartments to our new house. The entire crew was professional, fast, efficient and careful. Truly a pleasure to work with! And we were pleasantly surprised with the very competitive cost. Would definitely recommend/ use again.
