Installation crew was very detailed. You can tell by the quality of work that they been doing this for many years. Sales was in communications with the crew at all times. If I had any questions or issues it was resolved in a timely manner.

When we first walked into Casa Bella Windows, we were very impressed by the friendly service we received. (Much different from the service or lack thereof from a large competitor!) Eric was very honest and knowledgeable of every product and helped us choose exactly what we needed.
We had 15 windows completely replaced in our home along with front door/side lite, side garage entrance door and sliding patio door.
There were no surprises with the final bill and work was completed as scheduled.
Eric communicated with us throughout the project and Simon and his team were excellent! Very professional, hard working and able to answer any questions we had along the way.
We are very happy with the installation and quality of our new windows and we highly recommend Casa Bella Windows to anyone who is considering new windows and doors!

We found them on Homestars years ago and they did a fantastic job at a good price. We have used them for every window replacement project since and never been disappointed. Excellent quality windows. Excellent service and friendly, professional installers. I would recommend them without hesitation. Most recent project was $9200 for a large project with multiple higher-end, triple-pane architectural windows in multiple rooms.

Right from the beginning, the level of service and professionalism was evident from all the Casa Bella staff we dealt with. Ronnie was professional, knowledgable and understood what we were looking for. We quickly earned his trust as we realized he wasn't like some of the other sales people we called in for quotes. Ronnie knows what he's talking about and took the time to answer all of our questions. Ronnie followed up with us during the install to make sure eveything was on track. The install team, Billy, Donny, Andrew, Noel and Mike are top notch. These guys worked on our project for 7 days and we couldn't have been happier with their workmanship. They were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up and took the time installing the windows properly and with care. The reno was smooth and stress free.
