We have used Bradshaw Plumbing very many years for our basic plumbing needs, so when the time came to do a full bathroom renovation we did not hesitate to use them again. Everyone from the showroom designers to the renovation crew were amazing. There was a slight glitch with the project which can happen with any major renovation and it was immediately addressed and taken care of. The custom cabinets are outstanding with the best finish I have ever seen. The finished project is a beautiful and functional bathroom.

Found add in phone book & went in to showroom to see. Was impressed so I booked an appointment for a quote. Karen came to my home & took a look at my bathroom and listen to what I wanted and also took into account that I would be selling my home in 2 -4 yrs. I could tell the quote Karen gave was based on my needs and showed there was no attempt to up sell me at all, which gave me a good feeling, so I booked the reno. I am glad I did! The workers were great & friendly, the cleanest and did a fantastic job. The plumber had to deal with issues, and there were a few, as my bathroom was custom made originally and nothing measured standard so he had to adapt & the work was done. The best part - the final bill was still exactly as the quote. My bathroom looks great! Was kept informed by Karen when everyone would arrive each day & when the job would be done. Every one of the promises was met. I will use Bradshaw again for any further plumbing needs & will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

A friend took me to Bradshaw's showroom after she had some work done. She raved about Karen who does reno designs and quotes. We have both enjoyed working with Karen. I also had a couple of plumbing fixes that were taken care of the next day by Cory who worked well, was friendly and knowledgeable.
I look forward to working with them again in the future. They will be my go-to plumbers. Prices were industry standard, quality was excellent. We have yet to complete the larger project but am so far impressed with the professionalism shown.

We appreciate that the receptionist calls beforehand to give us a heads-up on when the plumbers will arrive. These guys are very punctual--you could set your clocks by them. Punctual, knowledgable and completed the work. The hot water faucet was corroded near the laundry tub. Tracing it back to the entire house valve found that one corroded too. Tracing that back to the valve in front of the house found that one broken. Bradshaw plumbing explained how the city worked to fix the house valve. On booking another appointment their receptionist explained more about the city and the timeline so she could have her guy in the area. It's a good thing we traced all these problems and fixed them. If not and we had a leak in the house we wouldn't have been able to shut it off. The city would not have been able to shut off the valve in front of our house and we would have had to shut off the street valve and inconvenience our neighbours.

Very impressive team. Design, layout, planning/scheduling and workmanship were outstanding. They showed patience and professionalism in guiding us through this process. The finished results were above our expectations. We would highly recommend them.

Found myself in need of a couple of new toilets for my home as the existing toilets were continuously getting plugged. Bradshaw Plumbing were very knowledgeable and helpful regarding how to address the problem and the requirements of my household. Jim was sent to my home for the installation and was very informative as he proceeded to take care of the situation. Several weeks have now passed by, and I'm extremely satisfied with the toilets they recommended and the service I received from Bradshaw Plumbing.

Extremely professional. A new walk in shower on the second floor above our dining room. Imagine how it would spoil a meal if water began leaking from the ceiling into your mashed potatoes.

The faucet in the main bath was leaking and had to be replaced. We cut out the dry wall behind to expose and access the copper pipes. W e hired Bradshaw to replace the existing fixture (original builder installed 25 years ago) with a brand new one. The job was tricky due to the close proximity of the stud. You could see burn marks on the studs due to the original install. The replacement work was completed professionally and without any issues.

We have used Bradshaw Plumbing for all our plumbing needs, both emergency and in renovating a full bathroom. The service has been excellent and the workmanship is amazing. I would highly recommend them.
