Bradshaw Plumbing created a gorgeous bathroom renovation for my home. The showroom designers suggested and showed me suitable tiles, faucets, counter tops, vanities, etc. and even helped with paint colour. The tiler and installer did meticulous work and explained work to me when necessary. The renovation was completed within the estimated cost given to me by Wayne Bradshaw after he visited my home to see the space to be renovated and my decor choices had been finalized.
All staff were readily available and happy to answer any of my questions or concerns.
Bradshaw Plumbing was highly recommended to me by several neighbours who had plumbing work or renovations done by them.
I am happy to add my recommendation to this group of very satisfied customers.

I am a property manager and I've used Bradshaw for many years. They are always efficient and have great pricing. A board member recently wrote this email to me : "Brodie, from Bradshaw, who was doing the valve replacement went 'beyond the call of duty' today. Upon entering my unit he smelled a gas leak. He found the leak and turned off the gas. When the Enbridge tech came he showed him where the leak was. Enbridge confirmed and then fixed it. Please make sure that the owner of Bradshaw is aware of what his employee did."

In a day when extravagant and over-the-top claims of what can be done if a client only accepts what has been said or advertised and blindly turners over their money it is refreshing to have come across a company that not only stands by its promises but in many cases surprises by going the extra mile.

Bradshaw Plumbing is the second renovation contractor we engaged since we moved into our condominium. They are light years beyond them and could very well set the bench mark for the industry ..

We booked a three week-window for the two bathrooms,, kitchen and hall with fear and trepidation knowing what we had gone through. They were unfounded fears because Bradshaw lived up to what it promised with flying colors.

Their support team from the amazingly informed showroom associate who painstakingly helped us choose the right tiles, colors and bath accessories to the extraordinary tradesmen who tore the master bathroom back to the bare walls and reinstalled a custom-designed master bathroom and the artisan who laid the wall and floor tiles were amazing. They arrived on time which believe us was refreshing and left at the end of the day with everything spotlessly clean.

To recommend Bradshaw Plumbing is our pleasure as it was having them in our home and leaving us with a home we can enjoy and one that will certainly enhance its value if and when we ever sell.

Thoroughly professional, Wayne Bradshaw oversaw the entire project with the very competent Mike doing most of the installation. Project involved moving a laundry room from the basement to an upstairs mud room cupboard aswell as replacement of two piece bathroom fixtures. Very pleased with the timely completion of this project!

My wife noticed on Saturday that the lever on our kitchen faucet was not working properly. I attempted to dismantle the faucet on Sunday morning and discovered that it was next to impossible to remove the lever as the set screw holding it in place was essentially stripped. Went out and purchased a new faucet from a local retailer. Called Bradshaw first thing Monday morning and could only get a confirmed appointment for service on late Tuesday. They called to today (Tuesday) much earlier and said that they had a technician available to come immediately. The bottom line is that he came quickly thereafter and completed the removal and installation within 30 minutes. Thank you Bradshaw, and especially JP (Jean Pierre) for your professionalism.

I would give Bradshaw eight stars for small plumbing jobs and equipment installations. For large jobs where office followup and support will be required I would probably give them two stars. So I will average my opinion out to five stars.

When you call they are friendly and professional. We had a leaking 2nd. floor shower drain that we hadn't used for months! Once I called they had someone out quickly, parts were ordered and installed. Plumber was very helpful, professional and friendly. We will use Bradshaw for all our plumbing needs going forward!

Our basement bathroom was long overdue in getting a face lift. I contacted Karen @ Bradshaw Plumbing & Heating and explained our need for renovating this bathroom. We set up an appointment, where she assessed the situation, took measurements, made recommendations (ie. improving the fan system) and we scheduled a follow up meeting where Karen shared a draft copy of the renovation. After discussing the choices of the new sink, toilet, shelving and shower and the associated costs, she figured out the cost of the products, labour and removal of the existing materials.
Once we made the decision to go ahead and picked a starting date; the renovation started on time and the workmen were professional, kept the work area clean and removed all old items. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work. We had used Bradshaw ten years ago for another renovation project. I recommend them highly.
