My wife and I can't say enough good things about the products and services that Wayne and his company provide. They came to us highly recommended by several of our friends in the neighbourhood and right from the first visit to their showroom we were very impressed. They took alot of time with us up front before a contract was ever mentioned or signed to explain the different quality options available and to create a great design proposal that met own needs and our budget (although after seeing some of their top quality products we decided to raise our budget a bit to get even more of a "wow" bathroom then we expected; but with absolutely no pressure from them and definitely no regrets!). The job started on time as stated in the original contract and everyone who was involved was very polite and courteous and the best part that we really appreciated was that they did a great job cleaning up everything at the end of each and every day. The entire job was also completed within the time frame that was originally proposed, which was also a very pleasant outcome after hearing many horror stories from people of bathroom renos that drag on for months by some contractors. The finished product was absolutely stunning and looks even nicer than we had ever imagined. We can't thank Wayne, Suzanne, Larry, et al, enough for doing such a great job and delivering on all their promises and commiments. We will definitely use them again and highly refer them to others as others have to us.

I was very happy with the service and the time they took to make sure all the jobs were done to my satisfaction will use them again! The quotes they give you were close to the quotes.

Removal of old bath and disposal of same. Installation of new shower fixtures and glass doors undertaken with care. Job was done with no problems. Company made contact to confirm that everything was completed as requested.

We have used Bradshaw's for several years for any of our plumbing needs. Last year we decided to replace our toilets with the more efficient low flush. Bradshaw's recommended the best toilet for our needs. It was installed on time and I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

The coordinator of the work was very helpful, experienced, and detailed-oriented. She even came to our home at the end of the renovation for a final check and pointed out a couple of things to improve to her staff, who quickly and professionally did the improvement. The whole team was very professional. Worth the money.

I first came into contact with Bradshaw last year with a clogged toilet, they were the only company that would come out late on a Sunday and fix it. I showed them my bathroom problem. The main floor tub (bungalow)leaked into the basement. The problem was the tub was never set properly, it was hanging on the frame and every time I got in it (I weigh too much) it would shift and water would find its way down.

The staff was very knowledgeable and nice. They said it would take 4-5 days and it took 4. They showed me every step of the way and took very good measures to ensure that dust was not spread into the house. I asked a lot of questions during the work to understand why things were done the way they were (I'm curious) and they answered everything.

They got it done within the budget they set and in the time frame too. Very well done. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again.

Our shower faucet was leaking so I called a few companies that I found on here and on Craigslist. The Craigslist ones were independent guys and I wasn't even sure if they were licensed plumbers so I was hesitant to hire them as I had a bad experience in the past with very shoddy workmanship. After seeing positive reviews of Bradshaw I called them and I found them to be reasonable and polite. The person who answered the phone was able to give me a good idea of the total cost. I made arrangements for a plumber to come the following morning. The plumber arrived on schedule. He was very friendly and courteous. He completed the work quickly and expertly. The final cost was what I was quoted over the phone. (The total cost was comparable / a bit lower to what the mystery guys on Craigslist wanted to charge!)

I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs.

We went looking for a very particular toilet, with all kinds of features....comfort (or handi-cap) height, low-flush, one-piece etc. The staff was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The selection was excellent.

Bradshaw plumbing was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout my bathroom renovation. they would always be there when they said they were going to be there. they also had what i thought was very competitive pricing which is always a plus.
