Leather Sofa Set

I saw an advertisement 100% leather sofaset. Went to store asked sales person about 100% leather he was not sure called the sales Manager, Shamaila she was not sure first checked and verified Sofa was 100% leather not bonded leather. Trusting the sales Consultant and Sales manager spent around 2800 on the leather Sofa set. He made the sales bill and agin to be on same page i made the sales person write 100 leather. Sofa got delivered yesterday. Friend of mine in this business verified it was mix of leather and bonded leather. Being breach of trust i tried calling store they put me on hold three times got disconnected. Last time talked with Debbie in customerservice she was so rude and told me we are having sales event and asked me to come in store. Today I went to store wainting for 30min for Shamaila I explained her. She did not have any ans and her explanation was there are many types of leathers and how i can prove it is not leather. when i told her she had no ans. I explained her I was sold something i didn't wanted. Breach of trust. gave wrong info about product to close a deal. I told her i wanted to return she said it was up to sore Manager Marco who was not present at that time. It was really a bad experience. I was really shocked from the sales team sales manager either lacking product knowledge, or they will be not truthful to close a deal. i will talk to manager tomorrow if not resolved will take it higher to get justification in this matter.

New Appliances

We bought a number of appliances from the Brampton location with payment split between finance and credit. At the time of purchase - and subsequent minor change or order - the staff we dealt with were helpful. Unfortunately, there seems to be major issues with communication as we had the following issues:

1. We received a call stating we were to pay COD, despite clearly having a contract with finance and later credit payment for the items
2. When visiting another store to pay the remaining fee, we were asked to pay a higher amount than signed for on the contract. After speaking to an unhelpful associate at the Brampton location, it was revealed that a mistake was made and that we should pay for it. After stating that it was not our responsibility to pay for their mistake and that we would pay only the agreed amount I was informed that it was 'unbelievable' and that the associate never dealt with such a bad customer. Totally unnecessary comment and makes me think twice about using Bad Boy Furniture again for future purchases.

couch

I purchased a couch at bad boys in April of 2012. The zipper on the arm rest has ripped off and therefore I no longer have an arm rest. Let me begin by stating that I am very upset with the fact that this has happened to me already since the couch does not get much use. I contacted them personally and a technician has come by the house and informed me that they would re order a new part and replace the zipper. The technician was here on Friday and yesterday I contacted them they informed me that the order had not been submitted. The employee that I spoke with yesterday was suppose to call me yesterday to let me know more or less when the part would be replaced but they have failed to call me back. I have left two messages with them today and am still waiting to hear back. I have also left a message with the service manager regarding this issue. I would like this dealt with as soon as possible. I would not recommend Bad Boys to anyone, their product is very poorly made and they take no responsibility for products or any damage. I am very much aware of the fact that we pay for what we get , however, since the couch was not going to get much use I figured that it would be sufficient for the location. I would like the customer service department that represents this company to take more responsibility and to get back to me regarding this issue. The couch is less than a year old, which means it is still under manufacturing warranty, plus I have also purchased extended warranty. Please do not purchase any of their extended warranty because I have come to discover that it only covers accidental "damage", I have yet to understand what their definition of accidental damage is. I have never experienced such terrible customer service from such a large company. I have read several reviews for this furniture store and they seem to have several of the same issues. Please be aware of this.

Armchairs, Recliners, coffee table

I purchased 2 armchairs, 2 recliners and a coffee table at Bad Boy recently. Manager was willing to haggle and I got a good price. The delivery turned out to be for one armchair and the coffee table only, the rest being on backorder. My only complaint was the lack of communciation as I had to call the store to find out why I had been short shipped and I still don't know for sure when the rest of my goods is to be delivered. For what I've received, I love the chair and the table and look forward to getting the rest!

3 bedroom sets

I bought three bedroom sets from the barrie store. My first set was suppose to be delivered on oct 31 my wife took the day off after waiting until 3 pm nothing I called and was told it wasn't coming until nov 2 it did deliver on nov 2 I was suppose to get the other two sets on nov 14 told to me by the store manager Glenn on the day before I called to check and was told they was no delivery for my house after my wife lost another day of work. Two days after still waiting for a call back from him. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS GUYS ANOTHER PENNY. Customer service is the worst. Calling me back good luck I just hope I can get my money back to go somewhere also because as of now my kids are sleeping on the sofa thanks to this guys .

Washing machine repair

I will NEVER use bad boy again. Everything we buy from them is crap. Latest is we bought a Maytag washing machine less than two years ago. We have had repair people in about 6 times since we got it. Here I am the sixth time being recently and I have not had a washer in almost two weeks. We had purchased the solid Gold warranty. Two repair men have been in, in two weeks. Neither one has submitted a report. I have a family of 5 and run a home daycare. You can imagine how much laundry I have. I keep having to drag everything to the laundromat. Here I am still without a fixed washer. I have spent a lot of $$ having to take my laundry elsewhere. My next call is to CBC for their marketplace show they run as well as consumer Canada and anywhere else that I can be heard!

Dining Room Set

We purchased a dining room set from them over a month ago, there was a manufacturing error with two of the chairs, we called them numerous times, and were promised their delivery over 5 times. We waited each of these times all day for the chairs to arrive, 3 of the times they did not show up at all and the two other times the wrong chairs were delivered. We have called them over 50 times in the past month, and no one has addressed our problem. We purchased the set at their Mississauga store-1480 Dundas St E, we talked to numerous sales people about our problem and they kept making false promises. They will show you all their nice furniture at their stores, and will deliver you old damaged furniture. DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE AT BAD BOY! Unless you never want to get your money back. Who's better than Bad Boy? EVERYBODY!!!

Chair

The problem I have with bad boy's is that they do give you a call with a ruff time as to when they are going to deliver you furniture. They say check website for a time but no luck and when you call they don't answer your calls. I have been home all day waiting and still I have no answer.

Mattress failure

bought a brighton vista from bad body their tech came and riped my bedding off the bed , and over a month later had not put in the claim, he we had words for his abuse while in my home , now my lawtags are missing, what can be done since this tech prolly riped them off while i was out of the room

3 piece sofa

hi, we bought this sofa in dec 2010 we had an issue the very next week when we noriced that the skin from the chair is coming off we called a tecnician came and changed the chair great job but now the skin is coming off all the 3 pieces so quickly that if you sit on them your clothes or the body part that touch the sofa has all the black marks all over i called the customer service no response though i left the message we called couple of times later but nobody picked we misplaced our reciept too now we are writing this because we have a 5 years warranty on this sofa it is requested that an immediate action should be taken because ti is so disgusting when the guests come and it happens to them.
