Washer and Dryer

I bought a washer and dryer on Boxing Day. Nearly 2 months later they call me to tell me that the no longer can they get that model and will look into getting me another one. Two weeks later they call back with a far inferior product. When I asked them for my money back they said I signed a contract and cannot be refunded. Nearly three months have gone by and I don't have my money or my washer and dryer.

Sofa

Note: If Bad Boy does the right thing and refunds us I will edit this review to reflect their actions.

My wife and I bought a sectional from Bad Boy. It was damaged by the the delivery company, rips in the leather and scuffs due to poor handling. We didn't want to accept delivery but were assured a technician would come see us. They refused to replace it and instead did a repair which is nothing more than clue and brown paint on the leather. While doing the repair he left his hot gun on a cushion and melted it. We were told it would be replaced. Instead of replacing it they showed up without a cushion and took ours away. We have repeatedly asked to return our sectional as we are furious that they expect us to put up with the damage they caused and are ignored. We still don't have a cushion. I finally went to the store we purchased it at and more problems. The store manager says he has no authority to do anything, like that is believable. We are at our wits end and are very disappointed we bought our sectional from them. I suggest you be very careful shopping at Bad Boy. They have no customer service and don't really seem to care about it.

Custom order 2 peice Leather Sectional

I was looking for a Leather sectional to replace a fabric sectional I bought from Sears 4 years ago which didn't hold up very well. The Sales person at Bad Boy took me to their special order furniture section after listening to what i was looking for and what was important to me. They had the configuration option, arm style and leather color. Most importantly the options for level of firmness. The List prices in 100% leather was reasonable and when they discounted 25% I added the 36" ottoman. My furniture arrived yesterday 6 weeks from order, as was said, made locally in Woodbridge ON based on the Tags. They are far better then expected. Can't find one thing that I'm not happy with right down to the clips that hold the pieces from sliding apart. I think they have options for Couches, love seats and arm chairs but not 100% sure. Approx cost is pre tax.

Sectional

I purchased a sectional with warranty, noticed the frame was broken so I called to report this ( customer care)they took my name and telephone number it was three weeks later so I decide to call back now the technician is on holidays customer care ensures me a technician is going to call me. Two weeks later still no call I call back and the customer care agent handling my claim is off and another agent ensures a call back the next day it's been countless calls to customer service, they have done nothing not even a call to let me know what's happening how does this happen when you purchase warranty. Im so unhappy that I choose to purchase my sectional at bad boy and I would recommend to shop else where with good customer care. It has been two months I have a broken frame to my sectional I hope this helps to make a big decision!

Purchased a sofa set...

Was pleased to see non-agressive, sales-driven, not sales hungry people there. Laid-back and non stalker types get good marks in my books when it comes to salespeople. Anyway, bought a sofa set that was almost 50% off for my new house and very happy with the quality and look of it. Free delivery wasn't too much for the manager to throw in to sweeten the deal and close the sale and i sure appreciated that.

Will buy from again for sure if the need arises.

Sofa/delivery/missing items/customer service

I made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing a sofa from this company. I recently moved from Montreal to Toronto so I needed to furnish my entire apartment. I waited a month for boxing day to come searched all ads to find the best deal and decided on a sectional sofa they were selling at a good price.
It was originally to be delivered on January 4th which was a pretty good as most of the other items I purchased from other stores where going to be delivered that day. I was giving at time of 12-5pm. January 4th comes along, no delivery. I call customer service and after being transfered around 5 or 6 times I finally get someone who tells me its out of stock, they apologize but will be delivered the following tuesday.... I say hmmm Ok it was a boxing day purchase so no big deal its just a couple more days, well on the tuesday it wasnt delivered either again I call, still out of stock, they dont know when it will be available.... annoying.
Finally my sofa is delivered on Saturday january 12th, which judging by others reviews I was lucky to get it so quickly. Only problem is HALF THE SOFA IS MISSING!
When they delivered it, there was 3 packages and I didnt realize there should be 4-5. They just put it in my living room left it in the packaging and didnt assemble it, that was left for me to do. I didnt complain just said ok whatever. When I finally opened it there is only the bottom half of the sofa, no back rest, no arms, no cushions, just the 2 bottom sections to make the sectional shape. I call the delivery driver first just incase they forgot to take an extra package out of the truck, but no he says I was their last delivery and there is nothing else in the truck, so I call the store. They cant help me I need to call the warehouse. I call the warehouse, they cant help I need inventory, I call that department they cant help I need customer service. i call customer service and by this time Im highly irritated as each phone call also include 30 mins of hold time.
After finally reaching customer service, they dont know what Im talking about, it will take several days for them to be able to tell if the items were delivered or not. They refuse to refund my money, ect ect ect.
So im pretty much at their mercy, if they find the back of the sofa or not.
I sincerely regret purchasing from this company. Dealing with customer service is the worst. I dont think its their faults they dont know anything and cant really help anyone. Its the company all together, They should have informed sales/customer service people. Instead these guys have to probably deal with alot of angry calls and are handcuffed to help as the whole operation is disaster.

Hopefully I get the rest of my sofa. In the meantime I will call daily, and attempt to contact the corporate office.

Bedroom set

I hAd ordered a bedroom set in October. The bed and two night stand were delivered but the dresser and mirror was not delivered. They told me it would be here by November. I didn't show up. I called them they said it would delivered in December because it wasn't in stock still. Again no one phoned me. It is now jan and I still haven't gotten my dresser and they will not give me my money back. Only store credit. Now I've waited four months already and why would I want to spend my money there. This is rediculous, I would never recommend anyone to shop there. Horrible service

Sofa

We bought a sofa and loveseat from Bad Boys (1119 Kennedy Road), and chose to pay in advance. They told us the items were in stock, then they called to say the loveseat was not available until the following month, but that the sofa would be delivered. Then they called on the sofa delivery date to say that the sofa was not available either and postponed that delivery as well. We have checked about cancelling our order but the manager refused to do this, saying "All Sales are Final". How can this store be allowed to sell an item, charge for it, and neither deliver it on time, nor allow cancellations if they cannot deliver? How can this be legal? Can we approach the consumer protection agency?

Leather sofa

3 years ago we bought from Bad Boy leather love seat and sofa bed. We got the love seat in a few days but we needed to wait for our sofa bed more that a month they needed to install the bed inside.The sofa bed that we got was made of totally different leather than love seat and the bad was not straight nobody could sleep on it.I have called the customes service maybe 100 times to come to fix it or excange.Finally they came,picked it up and we were waiting for it an other 3 weeks and we got the same sofa, they haven't touch it. I have called again the customer many times,nobody wanted to talk to me anymore!!Now, after 3 years the leather is cracked. I have 5 years warranty, but then I went to the customer service they told me to wait until they call the manufacture. In 2 days I got a call and I was told that the manufacture doesn't exist anymore and they can't do anything.I didn't want to talk to them anymore on the phone so I went to their warehouse. There I was told that the 5 warranry doesn't cover the leather cracking!!!
I am so angry of this store, I have never had so bad customer service in my life!! They find thousand unreasonable excuses!! They think that everybody is stupid and they are the smartest one.If they got the money they don't care anymore about the customers!

43" LG LED 3D TV

I did pay for a LG LED 3D TV on December 1st. I was told to pick it up on Dec. 13th. Once in the store, after 2 weeks, they just tell me that they are no able to provide the specific item they sold me, so I going to have to select a new TV from the store. The Electronics Manager was helpful enough to find the TV from a shipping being sent to another store and asked me to wait until Friday to confirm if the TV arrived to the store. Today is the following Monday and noooobody can tell me anything about the status of my purchase, I don't get phone calls returned and I am here wasting my time making calls and writing reviews in the internet to see if I can finally get what I did pay for.
