We bought a number of appliances from the Brampton location with payment split between finance and credit. At the time of purchase - and subsequent minor change or order - the staff we dealt with were helpful. Unfortunately, there seems to be major issues with communication as we had the following issues: 1. We received a call stating we were to pay COD, despite clearly having a contract with finance and later credit payment for the items 2. When visiting another store to pay the remaining fee, we were asked to pay a higher amount than signed for on the contract. After speaking to an unhelpful associate at the Brampton location, it was revealed that a mistake was made and that we should pay for it. After stating that it was not our responsibility to pay for their mistake and that we would pay only the agreed amount I was informed that it was 'unbelievable' and that the associate never dealt with such a bad customer. Totally unnecessary comment and makes me think twice about using Bad Boy Furniture again for future purchases.
