They Provide excellent service. They are Very professional. They do a Complete clean up of the site after the work is completed. They Arrived when promised. We would recommend them.

Our existing eaves-troughs needed to be replaced. We didn't have very much time and needed a reliable company to install eaves-troughs that we wouldn't have to worry about for years to come. We decided to go with Avenue Road roofing because of their long standing reputation. We were not disappointed. We decided to not only replace all the eaves-trough but also add gutter guard - there was a great selection of colours.

Don from Avenue Road was very patient and provided many quotes and great suggestions during the consultation. Erv and partner did excellent work - they are craftsman. Avenue road has a great policy to have a manager inspect the work afterwards and they have a great warranty on the work.

We look forward to working with them again.

Our roofing project was completed and then continued to leak. When the senior estimator Dean came back he found that his own drawings were not accurate of the problem the first time around which could have caused the faulty repair. The second repair was made and we noticed it was really sloppy work. We called the company over 2 dozens times, after no response I wrote the president a letter to have someone come out and repair the sloppy repair. This has been going on since 2007. We have now given up. The company is fast to take payment, quick to get the job done but there is no guarantee it will be a good job or that workmanship will be satisfactory They did not provide any warranty or guarantees as they mention.

Avenue Road Roofing completely disappinted me this second time around. They did not listen to the job request and ended up coming back several times to rectify finising and design problems. Additionally they overcharged for the job and then had the excuse to say the inflated price was due to their high overhead. They charged me extra for the facia and soffits and said that was not included in the original estimate which was completely surprising. This was very dissapointed, previously Avenue Road Roofing had done an amazing job - I think they are lacking the same customer service they used to have and are now completely obsessed with the bottom line - making money. I will never use or recommend them ever again.

I have waited far tar too long to thank your company for a series of jobs that were done extremely well.

After moving into our most recent home, we found a water leak in the basement that came from an unknown source. One company told me that it was coming from ground water flowing below the house, since the water only came in when it rained heavily. Another company told me that it was not a roofing issue and that I needed to replace the weeping tiles. The company that prides themselves on being on television weekly told me that there was nothing wrong with the roof and to look for the water problem elsewhere.

After calling in a number of people to solve the problem, I spoke with B.W. Wyatt and found him to be the most resourceful person I have ever met. He went onto the roof, took pictures inside my attic and then showed me a series of problems on his computer. He found that the water in the basement was coming from an incorrect cap on the roof and that the roof was installed incorrectly. I knew that there was a problem with the roof, since I know that you don't place wood shakes on top of asphalt shingles and he confirmed this fact.

In short, your company completely replaced my roof and I am more than completely satisfied. You also replaced four skylights, after installing an opening one the other day.

While it may be true, Avenue Road Roofing charges more than many other companies, it is also true that you get what you pay for in life.

My neighbours were all very impressed with the work and have asked my if I would recommend your company. In a word, yes. I work with various trades on a daily basis and they all told me that they work was well done.

On the day of closing, the roof on our new home was leaking. I called 3 contractors: One told me the soonest they could make it was within 1 week, the other said "Don't worry, I'll be there over the next few days." Avenue Road Roofing sent their Small Repair crew immediately. They put a tarp over my leak to prevent further damage before I even signed a contract with them. They aren't the cheapest, but they deliver on their guarantee. The crew that were finally dispatched to complete the repair and re-shingle were competent, quick, courteous and careful. I would use them again in a flash. Highly recommend.

I am writing in response to your "How did we do?" letter sent after the roof install at my residence. Your staff was great from the beginning with S. the estimator to T.D. the follow up repair man. The ladies on the phone (B.A.) and also the crew did there very best. The price was right as well. Thanks again and I will certainly recommend your company to anyone who will listen. An excellent job was done an completed on time and on budget. Very happy with the quality of workmanship and the crew cleaned up after the job and were courteous. Would definitely recommend. Have heard horror stories of other companies and glad I went with this one.
