Avenue Road Roofing

The last time i wrote about Avenue Road Roofing, I had a complaint about the BP Rampart shingles that they used on my roof. After very successful negotiations, they agreed that the shingles were faulty and fixed my roofing problem. BP did nothing, nor did they acknowledge that theshinges were faulty. Out of 10, I give them 10 for both satisfaction and recommendation. For sure, Avenue Road Roofing has lived up up to its reputation as the number 1 roofing company in the city. Thank you for your help and support.

To whom it may Concern, I want to thank you for the excellent service we received from your company. We discovered we had missing shingles on our roof when the rain started coming into our house last night. We called your company due to a friends recommendation, signs in the neighbourhood, and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We will recommend your company because of the great service we received. All our calls, even the after-hours calls, were returned promptly and professionally by M. I.M. came out early the next day, inspected our whole roof, fixed the problem and relieved our stress, all before the rain fell again, and at a reasonable cost. thank you again for great service. I have been meaning to write to you for the past three weeks in regards to the service that was provided to us by R.F.My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we were provided from RF. We had issues with our neighbours and leaking downspout causeing them concern.. Our urgent need to have those issues addressed were met in a timely,professional and honest manner. R.F. was very patient and understanding with our requests and our several phone calls to him as our neighbour was causing us grief every minute of the day. You can really tell when someone is proud of their work and proud of the company they represent. We rarely have an opportunity to write about someone and give praise to them and the job they do but when it is deserved,as in this case it's only fair their employer should know and recognize thier efforts (were sure that you do).Congratulations to you Avenue Road for doing a great job hiring these fine employees such as RF. He is a great guy and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours! thank you for servicing our home. You will definately have our business for years to come.

REVISED REVIEW: - 2010 Had raccoon damage on south side of lower roof plus leak into living room. They replaced all shingles and added a water shield (this is just 1/4 of the roof) and didn't come back to fix the downspout from upper level. Then in 2011 we had a leak in the upper portion of the roof so we had the remaining 3/4 of the roof done for $5,000. So you can see just how much Avenue Road Roofing overcharges you!!!

We welcome the opportunity to tell you how pleased we were with Avenue Road's service during the recent installation of new eavestroughs. ARR had replaced our roof a few years ago and were our First Choice to complete this project. Everyone was helpful, courteous & intersted in the customer's (our) needs to who installed the work, B.A. who kept us informed of times & arrangements to F.C. who inspected the final work, all were conscious of providing A-1 service. Thanks to them + Kudos to your company spirit

1. The workers arrived by 7:30am and were ready to go.
2. The chimney was built by 2pm, and was inspected the next day,and passed inspection.
3. The flashing and shingles were repaired a day later,and the workers made sure everything was complete before leaving.
4. The whole project was handled professionally, and I was informed and educated in the process on what was needed to be done.
5. Excellent work and a professional approach to the work were taken.
6. Kudos to the Avenue Road team! I will definitely use ARR again and will recommend them to others.

We had a really good experience with Avenue Road Roofing. The team was professional (everyone who worked on our house was a professional roofer, not just someone hired to do bang out the job), very little mess, and quality work done on time. They weren't the cheapest, but it was worth it.

I had a terrible time with the first roofer we used. He had replaced a friends roof and we were not expecting problems from him. Then I had a second roofer come to fix the first roofers mistakes and he made many of his own. When your crews came it was a huge relief. We are not experts on how a roof should look but even we could see the difference. Now when it rains I worry and then remember, we have an Avenue Road Roof! It's a real relief.
