I am very satisfied with the service that I received from this company for the installation of a standard central AC unit for a triplex rental unit and for the installation of ductless AC units into a 3 story century home heated by radiators. The sales manager was very knowledgeable and experienced, responded to my questions thoroughly, customized the installation to meet my needs, and did not try to oversell me. The installation crew were polite and efficient and the sales manager followed up to make sure that everything was done well. A small accident happened during the installation and something broke and it was replaced promptly. The units are functioning very well. I highly
recommend this company.

I called A1 for a second opinion on a cracked heat exchanger diagnosis by another company that I called for a service on my furnace. The technician found that my furnace had been incorrectly set up previously as 1 stage when the furnace is in fact a 2 stage furnace and also found that the wiring setup for my Nest was not correct either and that there was no other issue with the furnace. The technician was there for more than 1 hour and the cost was still only about half what the other company I called charged me for less than 1 hour of the technician being there.

I would never recommend this company for any sort of A/C repair. I had an issue with my unit that was not cooling to its full capacity. Although A1 was quick to send out a technician and charge the diagnostic service call. They will also quick to say I had to pay extra $300 to have additional testing done on the unit once there were at my home. In the end, they sprayed the condenser coils with water and left. My unit is still functioning poorly with no resolution as to what is wrong with it.

My air conditioner stopped working. Decided to try A1 and they came the same day and repaired my air conditioner. The prices were reasonable and the service was fast and professional. We couldn't have asked for better. Will definitely use them again the next time we need service or repair.

Long time client. Last service call for A/C was not up to the standard we are use to. No 'booties' were worn while walking in an out of house over carpeted areas, No record of this visit noted on 'Log' which is affixed to the furnace, N o copy of any service report was left with us. An electronic initial was required on I-pad without any explanation of what was done. Service person did provide suggestion to change air filter on furnace before our Fall service but when asked if he provided those filters, the response was 'we don't offer the type you use'.

We had a problem, consulted our neighbors and were referred to A1. We were very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. Kyle M. who came to fix our problem was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what was needed. He went and got the needed part and made sure that everything was working perfectly before he left.

AC unit needed some general maintenance/repair work and A1 was able to set up an appointment the following day. They were very professional and explained what they were going to do and why. They checked everything they needed to and the problem was solved.

My air conditioner wasn't fully running and it seemed to be a problem with charging the fan. Kyle from A1 went through full diagnostics, realized it was a capacitor issue, but continued to complete further reviews to optimize the performance and showed us the improvement as we went through each step. He identified a dirty air filter and advised us to keep an eye on the coolant. Also gave us advice on a Wi-Fi thermostat and further advice on what things to look out for based on the age and condition of our machine. Not only a maintenance visit but an education. Kyle was fantastic.

Received excellent information, service and quality installation of a new furnace this week, thanks to A1, and their highly professional workforce. Thanks to Gord, Mike and Dallas. Would recommend A1 without question.

A1 installed a new furnace and air conditioner to replace a 16-year-old system. Mike M and his helper James were very friendly, efficient, and supremely competent -- and dedicated! They arrived at 8 a.m. and left at 6 p.m., having not taken even a lunch break. We were greatly impressed by the level of service, and would have absolutely no problem recommending this company to friends.
