I am the owner of the unit. I had some flooding in my unit arising from a dishwasher leak. I was very panicked as I had a similar event not so long ago and didnt want to impact my neighbours unit. Lester came by right away on a Saturday night. He was out for the evening but came to assess the issue anyway. He is a great man. Amazing people skills and extremely knowledgeable. He assessed the issue and checked the other units potentially impacted and confirmed the issue was only in my unit. He had his team come that evening to do the work required to ensure the water was cleaned up, drywall was removed as necessary, disinfectant used and fans put in place - all to avoid mold. His team, Julio and Vincent, were fantastic. Like Lester they had amazing people skills and excellent knowledge of what needed to be done. Julio as the leader was also great at explaining what he was doing and why. The prices was super reasonable. In the past I had paid way more.
